Why is Angels in the Outfield not on Amazon?

Okay serious question, why is Angels in the Outfield (a pure classic) not on Disney+ nor streaming on any site? I know Disney+ can't stream if other services have the current streaming rights but Angels in the Outfield is not streaming anywhere. Why would it not be on Disney+ if it is a Disney movie?

I can't seem to find any other movies in which this is the case but I'm sure there are some. I was hitting some 90's classics last week and was shocked to see Tall Tale available (again, classic) but not Angels in the Outfield which was by far a more popular film with an all-star cast of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Christopher Lloyd, Danny Glover and Tony Danza.

My VHS copy is just not cutting it anymore.

The movie is, as was in childhood, awesome and heartwarming. Just a heads up though, I only dropped a star because this version of the DVD shows it in the classic smaller screen view (16:9 I think?) so unless you use your television's zoom feature you'll have that black box around the movie. Also zero features on the DVD. But the bottom line is you still get an excellent family film.

The movie is as I remembered, quite delightful and was enjoyed by my family. The picture quality is rather disappointing and does not fill the screen. We have a 42" TV so nothing wild and half of it was a thick black border around a fuzzy picture. It almost seemed like a recorded DVD someone ripped off by recording a TV. It did come sealed and in brand new shape so I imagine where it wasn't a super popular movie by Disney not much effort was put into converting it from VHS to DVD.
