The indigenous people of the Andes have been using palo santo for spiritual purification and energy cleansing for centuries. When the wood is burned it is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm.

HOW TO USE

Ignite the stick and allow to burn for 30 seconds to a minute before blowing out the flame. If left to rest, stick will smoulder and release smoke for approx. 5 minutes. Ensure that the stick is resting on a fire-proof surface, such as an incense holder or candle plate.

If used for smudging or waving around a space, the stick will smoulder for longer.
