What level is Nocturne Op 9?

I think this is probably accurate. This piece isn't terribly difficult to play in terms of the notes, tempo, or technique since there's nothing fancy going on with that. The challenge is the musicality of the piece, so thing like voicing the melody notes so that they ring clear over the accompaniment, how to shape the lines, and keeping things connected/legato (where appropriate) without just relying on the sustain pedal. I think this is true of most of Chopin's Nocturnes, which is why I think some of them are graded higher than it may seem like they should be. It's easy to just play the notes but it's much more difficult to make it sound like actual music.

I am doing this pieces, and I think the last part of the song is quite difficult... There are too many ornaments... Just like trill and mordent... Also, there are quite mant triplets too... So I can't play it more faster... What do you all think? Do you think it's difficult? How can I do it well?

It is grade 8 at the very least.

Chopin's music is generally a lot harder than it sounds.

Don't worry, you won't get arrested or anything for sometimes challenging yourself to learn something that is harder than you usually play.
Level of difficulty is sometimes a personal thing, what you find easy someone else at the same level or even higher than you may find difficult (and vice versa).
I remember my teacher once commenting on how tricky a particular study was when I found it relatively easy.

This surprises me as I have only just taken grade 5 yet as I have stated in another thread before, this is the only piece that I can truly claim to have mastered, including the ornamentation at the end. I think its true what sbhoa says about this if it is classed as a grade 8 standard piece. It is a lovely piece though, and excellent for unwinding.

Oh this one... I find this one difficult because not a lot happens, and I worry that if I'm getting bored how much worse would it be for someone listening...
TRicky patches of two or four against three, and keeping the jumps in the left hand going at a fairly brisk andante is tiring.
My first introduction to this piece was a little casio calculator that my dad brought back from a business trip to Australia (back when flying to Australia from New Zealand was a Big Thing). It played this and then you could use the number pad to play your own tunes...
Persevere wingyi2738 - I think this is a faily accessible Nocturne as they go!

Oh, come on...that one's really beautiful and actually it's not too difficult, at least compared to the 1st nocturne and much of the others...it's a must-learn piece!!!!!

Personally, I think Op. 9 no. 2 is more difficult than the no. 1. But they are both extremely beautiful. However, maybe the no. 2 is heard too many times, I like no. 1 more.

Of course, these two pieces are, can be said, Grade 8 or more. But what is Grade 8 standard? Among those Grade 8 songs this year, standard various... I found the pieces published like C1 much more easier to play... technically speaking... many teachers have also recommend students to play the Debussy instead which is technically more challenging... but one of my students are poor in expressions... she prefers rhythmic stuff... and therefore I recommend her to play the Castilla (list C no. 7) by Albeniz which is an lovely dance piece... but I found it technically extremely hard... especially for the octave mordent... my hand is small, my student is even smaller... can I skip that ornament and play the octave only instead?
