EDIT 3: Another member of the community found another link to a better version of this book. The one I posted is a rip from the dndbeyond web page, the one he found is the original pdf from WoTC. Still waiting on his approval to share that version with you guys too, the file is stored on Google drive and I dont want to eff up his account (if it even is his account). I'll keep you updated, just know that there is a backup.

As I said before I haven't got an answer from the guy that sent me the Google drive link yet and I don't feel like risking his Google account. It might have been uploaded on a throwaway account or it might have not. Since I don't have this information yet, I want to protect his privacy. Thanks for understanding.
