I don't think so, but it doesn't matter, because you absolutely do not want it to be on all the time anyway. Show At certain places, there are triggers on the map for story events and flags, and sometimes in turbo mode, the player can move past them without triggering them, which means some flags never get properly set, which can break other necessary triggers later on, resulting in a bugged game and a stuck player.

Here's a detailed explanation on how to do it;
It's not a hard process and can be done through steam. Have your controller on and connected to steam and load up your library. Right click on FC and click controller configuration. You'll be brought to a menu for the controller that you're using and in the top right you'll see a box labeled right trigger. Click on it and it'll bring you to another menu.
In the top middle you'll see a box labeled Trigger Analog Output and it should say analog off. Click on it, it'll bring down a drop down menu and click on Right Trigger then hit back at the bottom and exit the configuration and you're done!
When I first did this I ran into an issue with each of the trails games I did this with where it wouldn't launch properly. I would click on the short cut and hit manually play in the library and it would do nothing. I fixed this but launching it through the library and when it gives you four different options when you hit play, click launch configuration tool and at the bottom left it'll day start game and it'll launch perfectly fine after doing it that way once. I ran into this for all three sky games when I did this but idk if it was a general issue or just my computer but regardless that's how I fixed it

To set the Turbo Mode rate, you need to open the Configuration Tool before you play. Under the Input tab, you will be able to set the Field Turbo Rate and Battle Turbo Rate. In each category, the options are: off, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Since this is the initial version of Turbo Mode for all three The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky games, there may be some bugs.
As for the DirectX9 beta versions, all you need to do is click “Play DirectX9 version (Beta!)” before you begin playing. Sara Leen, one of Xseed Games’ programmers, notes that The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC’s DX9 version will likely be the most buggy of the three, as it had no version of it until today.
