When checking the bottle as this is always the one I use for years, I find out it smelled really strong. I have scent allergies and so stripped the whole bed again rewash in plain water. Up all night and very upset after I called and they said they would send me $5 totally unacceptable considering the wrong product was in the bottle, strong scent.I got no satisfaction calling the company ! I was very happy to find it here on Amazon because regular grocery stores often don't even carry the regular HE detergents, let alone the Free and Gentle version.
