@EA_Darko sir, same like me, My Account with Nickname GRID_Soracchi just get Banned. I was Read the rules, and im not using any cheat/hack application third party or something like that. First think when i want to started play Apex Legends My Origin Home Screen is Lagging. then i reload the page and its get normal again, but when i play some match, i get banned screen. please this is my Only Account that i have, i was create another account but its getting banned tho, idk why, its" The Client's Game Account has been banned: Banned". i was shock after see that, i know i just modified the Videoconfig.cfg but its for FPS Booster,not Aimbot Wallhack or something like that. i see how to config it from Youtube . Please Read my Ban Appeal, if that FPS Booster Not allowed i would'nt do that again. Please this is my Only Account for Playing Together with my Friend. Please Read my Ban Appeal. Thanks EA

I have, as hundreds of other players had to deal with your mediocracy. 

Tell me how my account is banned, and in your own website under  https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ it clearly shows and says:

No History
You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display.

So please enlighten me, and proof that him and myself were cheating, show us the metadata that determined your absurd and idiotic decision?

On another note... there is no way to submit and objection... are you a dictator-ran company? Just cause you say it, it goes, and we the consumers whom MADE EA do not get a word on this?

Unban me or not, I do not care, you are not and will not be the only game on the market. Your lack of synapse is more than evident, quit, because YOU have no "COMMUNITY MANAGER" traits or qualities in you. 

Apex, just like every other game, will be a thing of the past. 

I will be exposing you on twitter, with the screenshots showing that I am supposedly banned, and how there is nothing on ban history or any where on that matter that shows it. 

As per the TOS https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/WEBTERMS/US/en/PC/ Section 6 (There are more rules you can break, but I will just list one of them and then the relevant paragraph)

* Use exploits, cheats, undocumented features, design errors or problems in an EA Service.

If you or someone using your EA Account violates these rules and fails to remedy this violation after a warning, EA may take action against you, including revoking access to certain or all EA Services, Content or Entitlements, or terminating your EA Account as described in Section 8. In case of severe violations, EA may take these actions without issuing a prior warning. Some examples of severe violations include, but are not limited to: promoting, encouraging or engaging in hacking, selling EA accounts or entitlements (including virtual currencies and items) without EA’s permission, extreme harassment, or threatening illegal activities. When practical, EA will notify you of the action it will take in response to violations of these rules or breach of this Agreement.

You can try to appeal the ban but as I highligted the relevant part EA considers you fully accountable even if someone else cheated with your account. Even if they see that someone logged in from another place they have no way to verify that it was not done via VPN or that it was not done by someone with your concent (you gave up your password).

So while the only option for this account is to try and appeal, for the future I would recommend you always use unique passwords for all accounts. To do so you can use a password manager like KeePass2 or LastPass, 1Password or any number of options (Youtubers advertise these increasingly nowadays). If you are worried about giving your passwords to some company just use KeePass2 as it's open source, trusted and you can keep your passwords all on your computer. If you need to use the passwords somewhere else you can always use dropbox, google drive or any other number of options to transfer the database to another place (you can even use it on a phone, but the KeePass apps on mobile are all third party). Just remember long and unique passwords for the database and your email.

Next up is security even if your password is somehow found somewhere. Always enable 2 Factor Authentication (2FA or Multi factor authentication). For this you get an application on your smart phone (some services allow you to use email or only allow email) like Google Authenticator for Android. iPhones probably have different apps but even on Android you can get thigns like Authy or the Microsoft authenticator. When you enable 2FA that means that to login it's not enough to enter the password. You also need to enter a 6 digit code that is generated on your phone and changes every 30 seconds or so. Always check if you can enable 2FA on any account you create.

Finally, check your email address (especially the one you used for your EA account) at https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and if you find any websites listed, change the password on that website and any other website that uses the same password.
