How many Minutes until 12 pm today

About the Time Until Countdown

Counts the days, hours, minutes and seconds to a specific time. The Countdown can include all days and all hours, or just specific days (e.g. weekends) and specific hours (e.g. prime time). You can count down standard work hours (9-5) left until the start of the weekend, the start time of a favorite TV show, or hours of football practice left in the season.

Have an non-traditional work schedule? The countdown can count those hours too! Just select the custom hours option under "What type of hours should be included in the countdown?". A table will appear including every hour for each day of the week. Select which hours you wish to include or exclude by clicking on the respective hour box. Hours corresponding with blue boxes are included in the countdown, those corresponding with colorless boxes are excluded.

This countdown can be a useful motivational tool. Rather than think of deadlines in terms of weeks (which can lead to procrastination), you can find out exactly how many free hours left you have before a deadline. As a working parent who tries to squeeze in extra hours around the kids' schedule, I find knowing exactly how much "free" time I have left in a week useful for planning purposes.

How to use! It's really simple...

Enter the DAY and the MONTH, then...

1) If you want your timer to REPEAT every year - don't enter the year (or click the 'Repeat Every Year' button).
Once your special date is over, the timer will automtically start counting down to the same date next year. Great for Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.

2) If you want your timer for a ONE-OFF occasion - Enter the YEAR of your special event. Your timer will countdown the days until the event - THEN after the event it will show the days SINCE. This is great for Weddings, Parties, etc.

3) If you want your timer to remember a previous date - Simply enter the YEAR the event happend - and the timer will show the days SINCE the event. This is great for actual birth-dates, Move-in dates, etc.

Make it your own - All you need to do now is choose a nice frame color, text color, and choose an animated design for your timer!

Don't worry about time-zones - Your timer will work out where people are who view your timer - and show them the correct countdown. Lovely :-)

What time is midnight until?

Another convention sometimes used is that, since 12 noon is by definition neither ante meridiem (before noon) nor post meridiem (after noon), then 12am refers to midnight at the start of the specified day (00:00) and 12pm to midnight at the end of that day (24:00).
