For sauce combine remaining ingredients and stir until mixed well. After ribs and onion are brown stir in sauce. Cover cast iron skillet and bake for 2 hours. Baked uncovered for the last 15 minutes NOTESBake until tender. Could be less or more bake time. How do I cook boneless pork ribs in a castHeat a cast-iron skillet or another oven-safe pan with a teaspoon or two of oil over medium-high heat. Place in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Get near the final color you want when done. Remove from heat and brush the top (not the bottom) generously with BBQ sauce of your choice.

Return to the oven and bake until ribs are fall-apart tender, about 15 to 30 minutes.
