so i plan to buy mechanical keyboard, i want to buy blue switch but it always runs out, only red and brown available.
I am confused about which one is good for OSU and gaming, I saw on YouTube red and brown are almost the same, only difference in sound.
so which one is the best for osu and gaming?

The difference between red and brown is the type, red is linear, and brown is tactile.

Cherry and Gateron switches are the main switches used in most mass produced keyboards. I'm going to reply assuming it's one of those two.
The main difference between red and brown switches is the feel of the switch. Browns are tactile and Reds are linear. Browns will have a little bump that you have to go past in order to activiate the key. Reds are smooth all the way until bottoming out.
Both reds and browns have the same actuation and bottom out force, so they are both very usuable for osu. My personal preference are Reds, since browns feel really mushy to me, but it's entirely up to you what you want.

I recommend cherry mx browns, they are great for osu imo.

I really don't recommend Cherry switches at all. Especially cherry browns. They are a lot less smooth and sound a lot worse than gaterons. If you have the option to choose between cherrys and gaterons, I'd 100% go gateron. As for browns vs reds, it's up to you.

I believe linear switches are best for osu (or any rhythm game) because tactile switches can kind of stick on the up travel if you're not letting all the way off the key when you're tapping. It causes the switch to not reset.

its all preference but I believe cherry mx browns improves your accuracy. The sound and feel are subjective, I personally like it but I know that many people hate it. I haven't tried gateron browns, might try it in the future.

Cherry Browns don't magically improve your accuracy, lmao. You, Toaru, might have better acc with cherry browns, but that's only because that's what you're used to using. I guarantee you that if you spent enough time playing with a different switch, you would eventually have just as good accuracy as you do with browns, or any other switch for that matter.
You can have good acc with any type of switch (as long as it's not a sticky broken switch), you just have to adjust to it.
