For transactions that have problems due to invalid zip code, your customer (the cardholder) needs to contact the card issuing bank to determine if there are options for using their international card with U.S. based businesses that require a 5-digit numeric zip code. It is their responsibility to provide such information when processing an international card.

Do not enter any information other than what was provided by the cardholder. This is a violation of the Card Processing Rules and Regulation and a valid reason for dispute against you (the Merchant), since the zip code is inaccurate and you made changes to the original transaction data.
