Check that all connections and cables are properly connected to your router and that the router’s lights indicate an active internet connection.

When your internet connection is stable, try reopening the Peacock app to see if it works perfectly.

3. Clear app cache

To clear the Peacock’s cache, go to settings, select Manage installed applications, and select the Peacock app. You’ll see more options, one of which is “Clear App Cache.” Click on it, force close the app and reopen the Peacock to finish this process.

4. Log Out of Other Devices

You can use a single Peacock TV account on up to six different devices.

Using six devices at once, on the other hand, can slow down your Peacock app. As a result, try to connect only three devices at a time.

To sign out of other devices, follow these steps:

• Go to your Account Page.

• Choose Devices.

• Select Other Devices.

• Remove the devices you wish to remove.

If you notice a device you don’t recognize, you must “reset your password” to secure your account.

5. Update App

Peacock Tv allows its users to create up to 6 different profiles on different devices and 3 user profiles at concurrent streams on one account.

And, if 3 people from different profiles are streaming at the same time and if you’re also trying to stream then your Peacock TV will send an error message stating that you cannot stream due to the maximum ongoing stream at same time. You can easily fix this problem by signing out your peacock account from other devices.

Steps to Sign-Out of All Devices

1. First of all, visit the Peacock Tv account page.
2. Select the Devices.
3. Then, Click on Sign Out All (under the other devices section).
4. After that, click on Sign Out All Devices.
5. Now, log in to your account and check whether this resolves the issue or not. If not, move on to the next solution.

Disable or Remove The VPN

If you’re using a VPN to access Peacock TV outside the US territory. But, suddenly your Peacock TV stops working and maybe your VPN is the only one that’s causing the issue. To fix this, try to disable or remove the VPN (on windows) as given below;
