Generated structures, features and terrain features View at: Template:Generated structures/content [edit] How do you get mangroves in Minecraft? To grow a mangrove tree, you need to get a propagule, which you can find hanging from mangrove tree leaves. Propagules are essentially the mangrove's version of a sapling, but they physically grow on the tree rather than dropping when you destroy the leaves. You can plant a propagule either in the ground or underwater.
Where can I find mangroves? The hardest but honest way to find this new environment is to visit regions with desert, normal swamp, or savanna biomes. Mangrove swamps thrive in damp, warm environments. However, there is no assurance fans will be able to discover them within a few hundred or thousands of blocks of their spawn place.
