What is the CPT code for hair removal?

Everything I found out when pursuing my hair removal associated laser with CPT code 17999.
However, just because it has a CPT code doesn't mean it will be covered. I got a copy of my insurance company's gender dysphoria coverage policy that details CPT codes associated with various services and whether they're covered or not.
I can confirm electrolysis is 17380, for my insurance it's indicated for patients who have been on HRT for at least a year, is only covered for donor site tissue to be used for GCS, and I had to get my letters from therapists before it would be covered.
17999 is actually a sort of a "miscellaneous" code, because laser is somehow too new to have a code to itself :|
