I have no idea how to do hair properly, I’m just a busy & lazy person not willing to spend hours at the hair salon. So I came across this product after my research. I have dirty blonde hair mixed with gray. I wanted it a lighter blonde and have the grays colored.

It was super easy to use and I only left it on 5min bc I panicked, made my hair yellow. So I washed it out and been washing it with purple shampoo. Okay how it turned out, initially a bit yellow but the purple shampoo toned that down. I look decent. I will experiment with it more.

It didn’t do anything to my grays. The product says it’s a bleach plus toner and my understanding was that it’ll cover the grays but that didn’t happen.
Next time I’m thinking of using this and a toner after.

This processes so slooooooooow. You can see Im still extremely dark after 50mins. Im desperately trying to find something I am NOT allergic to and since this was more gentle I though it would be for my skin too. Not the case. (Im allergic to every thing so take that with a grain of salt) If you need a very gentle lift this will be great for you. It did also turn out very splotchy and I myself am heavy handed with bleach and use ample amount. I started with 2 stars but added one to 3. I can see this working very well for some people needing less lift than myself.

It did make my grey hairs shine lol. You can see in the photo how BRIGHT they are now they are usually very dull lol

I’m annoyed that another customer rated this product badly because of her horrible salon experience. It was not a review about the product whatsoever. Even the best professional products can perform poorly when misused. When used properly this bleach is great. It’s extremely gentle for on scalp bleaching and can get good lift without a lot of damage. What I like about this product specifically is that it mixes smooth -no lumps or grit like many other cream based lighteners. That helps get a good consistently for application. Stays moist even without being covered which I also like. It’s not super strong so you may need to double process. But that’s worth it to keep the integrity of the hair strong. I also don’t have to tone after this bleach just a purple shampoo. Wella has always been at the top of my list. I recommend using the blondor seal and care conditioner after this. The price is also great. I can get two whole head (roots) applications from the bottle. I always mix with 20 vol. and process until desired lift.

I bleached my roots and mid ends from level 4 to maybe 8-9. It worked well, didn’t irritate my scalp. Kept it on for 30 min with 20 vol developer. Don’t forget to tone after that. Hair wasn’t damaged

I've never had a lightening product actually work on my hair so effectively and evenly. I strayed from the directions a bit and used a ratio of 1:2 The next day I applied a ashy-ish shade called sunset and I'm pleased with my results.

ive ordered two of these.. and just ordered the 3rd bottle... this will be my new go to... i like to use the 20v koleston developer with this and about 2oz biolage shampoo for as least damaging as possible to my hair lift.... does it perfectly... doesnt burn your scalp or any reactions... which i have a issue with, with nearly ALL other bleach. so definitely love it!
