Warframe account migration PS4 to switch

Will we at any point be able to transfer our ps4 account to the switch, much like pc can make a copy of their account to the switch, can we too do the same. It was stated that having a cross play between all concoles would be difficult due to the individual updates, but I feel that letting up migrate our account could be a nice alternative.

No, won't happen.
Migrations are limited time only, and from PC to console. Nothing else.
End of the story.

Does it never sink in that sony is a S#&$ company and will never allow this? They control your account, not DE..

No, being able to transfer all the loot, frames, gear, mods, weapons, arcanes, cosmetics, endo, plat etc etc etc is something only the pc master race will be able to do.  Console tenno will all have to start at mr0 with nothing.

Holy hell you guys are just...rude. No you cannot, both Microsoft and Sony are very difficult to create agreement terms with, especially with a game like warframe, which brings in comparatively little revenue and players, meaning they have no say in the companies’ choices. It’s frustrating, but that’s just how life works, and quite honestly, a good PC ain’t that expensive, try looking into one, it pays out in the long run! Hope you have a good day.

Warframe will eventually have Fortnite style crossplay. Maybe not this year, but they WILL.

They want to do it. They’re going to make it happen. Maybe this year we’ll get the first increment of it, with item sharing.

I used to equate rebuying everything on a new console as akin to purchasing another Skyrim port. But then I remembered, Skyrim only costs 60$. I’ve dropped hundreds on the PS4 Pro, and now I’ve spent hundreds more on the Switch.

This is not, and will never be, okay. Excuses and reasoning be damned.

They said they want to do it. And when they want to do something, they usually make it happen.

It’s just a matter of figuring out how and when.

It's a matter of Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo speeding up ther cert-process. And then there is this other company that makes Warframe's Switch-Port for DE.
They need to work faster aswell, because consoles needs to update, when the PC-version does.
And DE said, that PC will NEVER have to wait for updates. PC gets updates when they are ready.
So yeah, as I said, consoles need to speed up things. But why would giant companies like Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony do that for a small fry called DE? (Sorry for using that term)

It was more like an assertion of faith in DE's ability to come through despite all opposition and everyone believing they can't.

You ever read "The Little Engine that Could"? That's DE. "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can".

We all know the obstacles. They've been reiterated ad nauseam. But for every problem there is a solution or a loophole.

Where there's a will, there's a way. That is my firm belief.

You're welcome to disagree, of course. But to assert that I simply "made it up" isn't exactly...accurate.

DE wanting something doesn't lead to it happening. As I said, the other companies have to get in line for all of that to happen. And there is nothing in it for Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo (And the guys that make the Switch Port)
The other companies would have to spend more money, just so that Warframe could get cross-platform and/or cross-progress. But they won't get anything in return. Warframe won't generate more money just because of the cross-progress-stuff. It will generate the same amount of money, but everyone involved would have to spend more money on the game.
Nobody would do such a thing. Nobody.

That's the sad truth for a small game such as Warframe.
