The selling point of the hotel was the pool and petting zoo! Besides from that the hotel was rather "basic", plus the fire alarm went off a few times. However the staff was amazing! Latesha and Kelvin were really helpful!

The hotel and staffs are amazing. Soon as we arrived, the people are welcoming and assisted us with whatever we need. The waiter Nate is great!! I’ll definitely stay there again

very nice, clean, beautiful place to stay. staff is really good particularly dining staff lady name AASHA was so nice person. she took order for my baby after morning breakfast hours close. Also whole staff is awesome .

The Morgan Resort and spa is the perfect hotel to stay at in St Maarten. Great location, hotel is clean, close to the airport. Walking distance to Maho and mullet bay beach. Just a taxi ride away from Simpson bay. The whole staff was friendly and Asha was great. We had Asha for breakfast a few times. Breakfast was so good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Morgan Resort and Spa. I think the staff was friendly. The place is well kept. Unfortunately, during rainy periods the moisture steeps Into the hotels’ corridors and even the room. So you have to be very cautious while walking. I loved the gym area. I had room service for breakfast once. It was delicious. But a bit costly for what I bought. There’s so much to eat at local restaurants I didn’t have time to eat at the Salt Restaurant but all of the guests I spoke to said their food was really good.

The best things about this resort is the pool. Despite being brand new, the customer service side of things needs some more attention and the attention to defects needs to be prompt. Outside shower not working, limited activities, isolated and requiring over priced taxis to take you anywhere. Luckily, there are a few local venues within walking distance however the better food options are some distance away. My experience of staff was lack lustre, only pleasantries. The most annoying things was guests bringing their own music to the poolside and having to listen to their choice on top of the resorts. It has a lot of potential but not quite their yet.
