Atrocious experience for my daughter. She felt unsafe the ENTIRE time she was at this hell hole and received such substandard treatment. From NO-SHOW doctors, hours and hours of NO explanation of Plan Of Action, being placed in a room with NO bathroom light, a bed with NO nurse call button, given a pillow with NO case, being told she would have a room change ASAP & still waiting another 24 hours for that to happen, to unresponsive & dismissive nurse care, to a doctor cancelling a scheduled procedure my daughter had been prepped for, keeping her waiting and wondering WHY the procedure hadn’t started for nearly 2.5 hours, without coming in directly to consult with her himself, as to why he had cancelled the procedure. This is the height of unprofessional, unethical and thoroughly disrespectful. My daughter was not discharged at the point in which we pulled her out.
