This movie should not be depicted as racist. It is sad that i had to order this from Australia. It seems that "song of the south" has been written out of history due to a historically accurate depiction of plantation life. That is truly unfortunate. The music as well as the moral delemas portrayed are poinient and relevant. I would recomend this movie for myriad reasons.
