Keyboard is is the only thing that's at least half decent.Screen has a line going through that is uncleanable,The back plating is missing, the corners are chipping, somehow somebody managed to loosen a screw on the back (which I fixed). This ain't a damn refurb, this is a beaten to hell laptop.

Update -I decreased this by another star. This chromebook is past it’s automatic update expiration. I cannot use it for virtual classroom extended learning. Whenever I try to download anything such as google classroom or zoom etc to use them I get an error message. In addition the computer freezes up on us almost daily. It still does allow basic browsing and email etc butbthsts about it.

This chrome book was a good value for our young daughter. We bought one labeled in “good” condition. I’d say for the most part it was a good label(had a few blemishes and marks). A few things make me only give this 4 stars otherwise it was a good purchase. First the battery charge will only last about 3 hours. I wasn’t expecting 8, but 3 is kind of disappointing. Second the processor is very slow. To check email or anything that needs to load takes a little patience. Anything more and you may be slightly disappointed. Overall based on description from seller, shipping speed, and condition I’m giving this 4 stars.

I bought this for basic web browsing. In a word: Don't. It was advertised as "Good" condition, which apparently means its okay to look like it was thrown into a backpack about 1,000 times before the backpack was dropped onto the floor and used like a soccer ball . Sure, it's a used machine, but there are dings, dents, scratches and whatnot on literally EVERY surface. There were also several stains I had to clean off with soap and water. I should've done more research on the model. This machine is old, slow, low-powered, and in the condition I received, overpriced. The screen is unevenly illuminated and not that bright overall, though that may be due to age. (Still annoying!) The rubber feet on the base are also long gone. it does have ONE thing I like: just about every port, slot, or plug on the machine is on the back edge. This makes it easy to plug it into peripheral devices ... although it's too low-powered to be much use like that. I bought this to replace two crappy old Chromebooks I already had, but this one is literally no better than those. Even the battery life is only about 3/4 that of my other Chromebooks. The only reason I'm not sending this back is because I already got rid of the other ones. I will not skimp on the extra $50 to get a much nicer model to replace THIS one in the near future, at which point this p.o.s. will live out its life streaming radio in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the Chromebook was less than what was described. The mouse pad was peeled up and had dead zones in the areas that were attracted. I sent in a request to have it replaced, but they were out of any other Chromebooks. They offered to send me a Bluetooth mouse free of charge. Unfortunately, this Chromebook was for my son and I was afraid that he would peel up the exposed area or would spill something onto it, so I asked for a refund. They told me no problem and apologized about the Chromebook being sent out as it was several times and that they would address the problem in the future. Though I wasn't able to get the Chromebook, the customer support was vary helpful and hoped that they could do business with me in the future.

I've never used a chrome book before so most of my issue with the computer is navigation, but im sure to get the hang of it. it works great, very clean, the only damages are a few scratches on the screen. i use it for school and discord, and it works great for that. it doesn't connect to bluetooth or headphones very well... and it runs out of battery quickly so I only use it for online school from home when i use it for schoolwork. if you wanted to get this for a younger person, it would be great!

Cant beat the value but this particular refurbished computer is a tad slow. Not super slow but just not lightning fast like most chromebooks. Would still buy again

This is exactly what I ordered. It is in good condition, and arrived four days early.

HOWEVER, anyone buying this one should be aware that this is NOT one of chromebooks that is capable of running Play Store apps. I wanted one of those, and bought the wrong product. That's on me, but other buyers should be aware as it is not immediately apparent reading the description.

After ordering this item i thought i made a mistake and tried to cancel it but it was too late, after receiving item i was not disappointed in fact for the price i was very satisfied with the product because it handles the little bit i need it to do mainly also using Google Docs to review edit Microsoft word docs....

I purchased 3 chromebooks for my 9-11 yr old for school. I was well aware they may be rough looking. I didn't wish to spend $200 on computers when they are for children that young, but the would be beneficial for remote learning. Everyone one of the has more issues than scratches and were supposed to be in "good condition". One the mouse only work half the time. The second the lid/screen is separating. The third, which makes me most mad, times out while my daughter is working and takes her back to her home screen. On top of that the earphone jack is messed up and speakers don't work. I paid $90 for these and all I expected was for them to be functional. Not the case with a couple. My children tossed the boxes at Christmas otherwise I would definitely be returning. Next time I'll spent the extra #69 to buy brand new.
