This rest of the quest requires you to find Romero in separate locations and fetching items for him, which you will give to Juliette each time. Be warned that some of the required items are expensive and should only be finished in the late or end game.
As of v0.13 update, the quest requires at least

Further Details
Start the quest by speaking with Juliette.
Gold Mine
At Quest Step 1, Romero can first be found behind and below Master Tactician Funk in a cave at the Savanna Woodland at the Park. Upon interacting with him, he asks you to get him 1 Yellow Rock, which can be found by mining the gold ore in one of the Savanna caves (When mining the gold ore, do not use a Silk Touch Pickaxe). Once obtained, he will pass you a Poorly Wrapped Rock, which you must then pass to Juliette.
At Quest Step 2, Romero can be found at the Hub, near Marco's hut. He then asks you to obtain 16 Poppies for him. Upon obtaining them, interacting with Romero will give you a Rose Bouquet, which you also need to pass to Juliette.
The Emerald Altar
At Quest Step 3, Romero can be found at the Emerald Altar in the Graveyard, to the left. He then needs you to pass him 64 Emeralds. Once you pass them to him, he will return a Fake Emerald Altar which you questionably pass to Juliette.
At Quest Step 4, Romero can be found in the Blazing Fortress, in one of the underground Nether Wart farms. This time, the request is much more difficult than the others. He will require an Enchanted Red Mushroom Block, which consists of a staggering 5,184 Red Mushrooms. However, it can be purchased from the Bazaar for 18,399 coins.
At Quest Step 5, Romero is found at the wooden platform on top of the Mountain. He complains about the cold and asks for a Rabbit VI potion (Splash Potions does not work) brewed with Coffee, purchased from the Bartender. To brew the potion, you need an Enchanted Rabbit Foot and an Enchanted Glowstone (Or an Enchanted Redstone Lamp).
At Quest Step 6, he is found in the Gold Mine next to a campfire. He is straight down and steep to the left. He will ask for an Enchanted Lava Bucket.
Emerald House
At Quest Step 7, he is found at the house of emeralds in the wilderness, close to the Dark Auction. He asks for at least 1,291 base ✎ Intelligence.
This is only achievable with (from cheap to expensive):
- A Wise or Necrotic
Crystal Armor at maximum light.
- To allow the Crystal Armor to remain at the maximum light level, you have to jump-click on Romero from the outside of the hut or click his feet through the hole.
- A Wise Bat Person Armor during a Spooky Festival
- A full set of Wise Dragon Armor, along with other items such as the Bonzo Staff or Spirit Sceptre or Accessories reforged to Bizarre. (Note: Wise Dragon Armor must be reforged to either Necrotic or Wise unless the player has a mage weapon that gives large amounts of ✎ Mana or many Talismans so the Bizarre reforge gives enough ✎ Mana.)
- A Wise Elegant Tuxedo plus wise Bat Person Helmet during a Spooky Festival
- A full Wise or Necrotic Storm's Armor set.
If you still need extra intelligence, reforging talismans to Bizarre, Pretty, or Demonic can increase your Intelligence, along with an Ornate Zombie Sword, an Ember Rod, a Yeti Sword, or a Reaper/Revenant Falchion would greatly help.
For an extra boost of Intelligence, players can AFK with a Bottle of Jyrre for over 4 days and drink it for an extra 100 Intelligence that lasts for 10 minutes. Bottle of Jyrres do not stack.
At Quest Step 8, he appears on the left side of the Colosseum in the armor room to the left of the enterance, where he asks for an Emerald Blade.
At Quest Step 9, he appears in a small house in the Mushroom Desert on the coordinates 297 87 -562, He asks for a Flower Minion from the Dark Auction. This is often the most expensive part of the quest, due to the high demand for Flower Minions.
At Quest Step 10, you need to get a tuxedo in Taylor's basement, costing 3 million to 75 million coins (or buy each part from the Auction House); note that the tuxedo is not consumed by the quest. At this point, your epic talisman will become legendary. You also Unlock the "Friar Lawrence" Achievement. You can borrow a Tuxedo if you need to.
Completing this whole quest costs over 15,000,000 coins, or even over 20,000,000 if the price of a Flower Minion inflates a lot. Quests 4 and up are what starts to make it difficult, as you need enchanted items/ enchanted blocks i.e. enchanted red mushroom block at quest 4, or you need to craft items using them, i.e. quest 7 emerald blade, requiring 2 enchanted emerald blocks. At this point it becomes difficult to get the items by hand and better to use the Auction House or Bazaar.
Trivia
- For step 8, you can actually give Romero an Emerald Blade that has been donated to your Museum. This does not appear to be intentional since items donated to the Museum are soulbound.
