MCO Beauty RETURNS

We stock a range of MCo Beauty products on our website. Our 100 day quality guarantee still applies to these products, as long as the product is unused, and the packaging is intact and unopened.

MCo Beauty products purchased from us can be returned at your local Best&Less store, or returned to our online warehouse facility.

EXTENDED RETURNS

If your local store is currently closed due to lockdown restrictions, you won’t be able to return your items just yet, even in cases where the store is open for essential trade.

We’re currently offering an extended return period on all orders. This means that while you cannot return them immediately, when stores are open for full trade, you’ll be able to bring your items in store and return or exchange them per our usual policy.

Simply hold on to your items and receipt or invoice, and we’ll see you in stores as soon as possible.

Free Click & Collect

Click & Collect is free for all order values and typically will be available within 2 hours of placing your order if your order is placed at least 2 hours before your local store closes. If you place an order outside of store hours, it will be available to next business day.

Express Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for orders including schoolwear.

Due to overwhelming demand, Australia Post can no longer guarantee next day delivery for Express Shipping orders. Once Express orders leave our warehouse they may take 2 or more days to be delivered through Australia Post. Australia Post delivery times per state can be found here.

Standard Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Standard Delivery orders may take 1-2 business days to leave our Sydney warehouse.

We're currently experiencing delivery delays for items travelling to WA. Australia Post is working hard to deliver these parcels as soon as possible, including delivering on the weekend where possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Customers can keep across their parcel deliveries via online tracking and the Australia Post app.
