Red dead Redemption 2 gun tricks PC

It doesn't work on PC, I've been testing it out and it only works when you plug a controller in. You're supposed to double tap your holster button, then hold Right Mouse Button, which keeps the gun out and spinning while you choose tricks, but it just ignores that you're holding RMB entirely and puts the gun away after a quick spin holster move.

I've tried rebinding keys among other things, nothing helps. It's just busted on PC. I can't even do the normal spin holster move unless I first hold Tab to bring up the weapon wheel, then quickly double tap Tab to do the spin. Normally you're supposed to be able to just double tap without bringing up the wheel.

How do you do gun spinning tricks in rdr2 PC story mode?
