If you have gone to redmane castle and talked to blaidd without killing radahn before going to rannis rise I think this puts the quest on hold since blaidd is also supposed to be at rannis rise and can’t be two places at once, this is what happened in my game and killing radahn then talking to blaidd after made ranni appear in the tower, hope this helps anyone having the problem. level 2 I figured this was it and was hoping that wasn't the case. When you first encounter her, she will introduce herself to you as Renna, and will then give you the Spirit Calling Bell, which allows you to summon spirits. The next time you meet her will be at the Three Sisters location, where she will reveal her true name to be Ranni. From then on Ranni’s new location is going to be at Ranni’s Rise. However, at a certain point, Ranni can no longer be at her tower there, seemingly missing. Understandably, players are confused over what they need to do to get her to once again spawn there. Where to find Ranni after she leaves her tower?Where to find Ranni in Elden Ring. You can meet Ranni very early on, once you have spoken to Melia and unlocked Torrent at the Gatefront Site of Grace then travelled back to the Church of Elleh. Ranni will appear there - giving you the Spirit Calling Bell that allows you to summon spirit ashes.
