Since you already bought the RX-570, you should be able to tell for yourself pretty soon. But on paper, the RX-570 is ~60-70% faster than the HD-7950. Tom's Hierarchy Chart places the 570 two tiers above the 7950. I would consider that an upgrade; how much is up to the user to decide. You are gaining another gig of VRAM, though. Show

Well, the only reason why i did it is because i thought it has more lifespan considering my 7950 is from 2011 and has been used a lot. That's why i asked basically. But thanks for answering the speed 0
