Since you already bought the RX-570, you should be able to tell for yourself pretty soon. But on paper, the RX-570 is ~60-70% faster than the HD-7950. Tom's Hierarchy Chart places the 570 two tiers above the 7950. I would consider that an upgrade; how much is up to the user to decide. You are gaining another gig of VRAM, though. Show
