Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket in hopes that I would have a lot more comfort during the flight. It took me quite some time to get comfortable. The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

A 7-hour flight from NY to Zurich travelling with small children without the movies was not as pleasant as it could have been."

He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."

At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Pros: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Even though there weren't anybody awaiting in line she could not be bothered, she got rid of me and asked me to do that at the gatw. By the time the gate opened there weren't any ailel seats. The service people are trained to be rude and treat all passagers as slaves. I would not fly United if I will have a different opinion."

There were no plugs for computers in the back of the plane and I got stuck between a fat person to my left and a fat person in front of me who leaned their seat back as far as possible. It was hideous."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was way too cold and the excuse of a blanket is really insulting to be warm enough to sleep. The video screen was tiny and grainy. Every time the PA system was used it buzzed so whatever was being said wasn't comprehend-able. The biggest complaint was the seating room. I understand that you want to get people into more legroom seats but honestly there should be a regulation for the inhumane way you treated those of us that did not ante up more! I thought I alone have these opinions but once you get me back home, you loose my business forever. I will take my Transatlantic flights every six weeks elsewhere."

Cons: "After a three hour layover we were all set to board our jet when we were told that there were issues and would be delayed. After 2 hours they boarded us on an old propeller plane that was loud and uncomfortable. A man was forced to move from his seat in the front of the plane to the back because of weight balancing problems."

Cons: "Flight was delayed two hours because they were waiting on an aircraft, which happens but no one to the time to explain or apologize even when asked. An apology goes a long way when you are stuck in an airport with every restaurant closing and you're hungry and tired. Definitely only flying delta or southwest from now on."

The plane's bins were too small for roller boards so passengers had to carry bags outdoors in snow and terrible wind, to get them loaded. The Newark airport where the plane landed was miserable! Cons: "Loaded us all on the plane stowed our luggage all belted in they then announced a few minutes later to get off the plane because the pilot was still in Burlington Vermont and take luggage with us, including red tag luggage. Never should have loaded us when pilot not yet arrived. Plenty of irate customers."

Cons: "I didn't like how we left more than two hours late. United always pulls this kind of thing. The flight was overbooked, so we weren't going anywhere until people volunteered to take later flights. To allow enough time for someone to volunteer, aircraft maintenance was 'required', a scenario I have seen on a few other United flights. Honestly, I will never fly United again and am cancelling my future flights in favor of taking the train instead. It takes eight hours instead of a theoretical 1.5 hours, but at least it is reliable and not much worse than the ACTUAL time it takes to fly United. Worst airline ever. Barf."

One of our party had a seat (aisle) that he could not move in once seated. Free entertainment was very stingy! Other airlines offer much more free entertainment in the way of TV."

Pros: "More luggage storage (overhead and under the seats) on this international flight than on domestic. Most everything else was as expected."

Cons: "The toilets smelled and were messy a few hours into it. (I was on a Korean Airlines flight recently and their toilets were always clean and nice!). The crew were mostly efficient and worked well together BUT only one (out of the 4 or 5 in our section) smiled at passengers and looked like she was actually enjoying her job. One blanket wasn't cleaned well enough."
