Las vegas to kansas city mo

Pros: "Because I was unwilling to pay for seat selection, I was prepared to be separated from my husband and stuck in a middle seat. To my pleasant surprise, the agents put us in the same row by ourselves."

Cons: "Better directional signage in both the SFO and Las Vegas airports (arrivals). Las Vegas is a huge airport, requiring a tram to get to the passenger pick-up, even with directions it was confusing and not obvious. In SFO, half the plane walked halfway down the concourse in the wrong direction because of lack of signage and it looks like the right way to go. Drop Kiwi as a third-party for domestic flights, their customer service is clueless, handling charges absurd and flight requirements unnecessary."

Cons: "No snacks , no even water in an almost 4 hr flight . The flight tenders can be a little rude . Really uncomfortable travel . I won’t use Frontier anymore , first time I flight with Frontier, thanks for the experience, never again . They should make an effort for a better customer service"

Pros: "not much"

Cons: "Plane review because of faulty warning light delayed boarding by 2 hours. This timing put us on a schedule of soooo many planes departing the day after superbowl which led to 1.5 hours "traffic jam" on runway for departure. Seriously Las Vegas? Upgrade your airport. Then when we didn't get the water we asked for, my cousin pressed the attendant button and got a "smart look" from the attendant which visibly annoyed my cousin. The attendant responded by pressing hard on her shoulder telling her to calm down. It was a stressful situation."

Pros: "New plane, easy boarding and check-in"

Cons: "Flight attendants were extremely unpleasant"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "The seats and the trays are too small there's no space it's horrible and also Landing was horrible I thought I was going to die"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Nickled and dimed for everything - I would rather pay for those services up front. Lame!"

Pros: "Boarding Process was easy"

Cons: "Long Lines at gates; HUGE HIDDEN FEES; dirty airline; no comfort; no free soft drinks; with hidden fees, paid more than I would if I went with delta."

Cons: "Poor communication on extensive delays. Overall length of trip was 2.5 hours greater than projected. Seats are amazingly uncomfortable and the leg room is the smallest I've ever flown on (additionally the seats don't recline or adjust)."

Pros: "This was easy, fast and a breeze. The usual mouth-breathers slow the baggage drop off as they are always somehow surprised you pay for a carry on. Wah waaahh."

Cons: "People complaining about baggage prices. It is very clear in the booking process you pay more at the gate/airport than before you arrive."

Pros: "Affordable ticket"

Cons: "All of the add ons and especially having to pay more money just to make sure you can sit together with your party.......it is a given when you purchase more than one ticket at a time, you are traveling with someone else. You shouldn't have to pay extra for that! And charging for pop and at $3 for a CAN.....that's just crazy."

Pros: "I did not like the fact that I had to pay for a seat on the plane for I thought that was already in the payment when I purchased the flight and I never knew I had to pay for a carry on bag for I have flown with frontier once before, I guess time comes about a change. Oh yeah, there was no SNACKS, no peanuts or crackers provided, just water etc."

Cons: "The flight was good and the landing was smooth"

Cons: "The seats on Frontier are not comfortable at all. You can't recline. Also did not like the fact that you had to pay for both carryon and checked bags."

Cons: "Alexa assured me it would not be a big deal to not be on the exit. But then they told me that the flight was oversold and that I may not be able to board that flight after I let them know that I run a business and I needed to be on this flight home and that I did not mind being the exit person if it meant that I had to get on this flight. I then proceeded to call my mother but when I raise my phone to the ear Alexa then proceeded to make a scene in front of all the other passengers saying that she did not wish to have her picture taken and then began to laugh with another co-worker making me feel very uncomfortable I will never fly with your airline again."

Pros: "Nothing...."

Cons: "The seats are uncomfortable the bag ck was $30 on the way and then $40 on the way back for some reason. The excuse was well that was last week's rate...... really!!! To get a exit Isle seat would have been over another $40 per seat, of course no one was in them the entire flight .. they were like we'll we charge for that because our flights are so cheep. Well I dont think over $450.00 was cheep for us to go to Vegas. Oh plus the extra over $70 for one ck baggage. Never again... and that was the thoughts of a lot of people.."

Cons: "At no time was I made aware during my booking that they were going to charge for a carry on. It ended up adding $75 to my flight. Paying extra for sodas and for your seats. Seats that made riding a city bus seem like first class. The plane seemed like they bought it at the used plane lot, it even made noises in Flight that sounded like they had to restart the engine. Flight attendants that were rude and unhelpful. I'd rather spend the extra $ for a more dependable/reliable airline that doesn't run their business a la carte."

Pros: "The pilot flew the plane very well. We had some very heavy winds. Great job on tbat front. The flight atendants were very unfriendly and seemed to be difficult to work with. Having to pay for checked baggage, cary on, and beverages puts you in the class of Sprit Airlines. So unless you fix this, i may not fly Frontier very often."

Pros: "nothing!"

Cons: "Crew never approached us to ask us if we needed anything and most just sat, talked amongst themselves and kept to themselves the entire flight. Seamed disinterested. Crew on incoming flight, 1115 were the worst ever! Female Flight Attendent verbally ridiculed a passenger to the other attendents who was a bigger husky man who was having a difficult time closing his seat belt. Very unprofessional and I will not use your airline again. Another Male Flight Attendant would not wait a few swconds for a passenger to gather his trash, got disgusted, made some type of remark and just turned and walked away. Never returned."

Pros: "N/A"

Cons: "Staff was rude, showed no empathy and showed a genuine lack of really trying to help. Claimed the earliest that could get on a plane to final destination was Friday (5 days). Said the reason was the flight crew had timed out but it took hours to get that answer and they could not help with accommodations. The only thing would be to schedule for Friday or give a full refund from what was paid for the entire trip. Took the full refund and booked a oneway trip on another airline for twice what originally paid for the round trip ticket. Worst experience with any airline. Ever!"

Cons: "Waited 20 mins to get off the plane after landing and another 20 mins for luggage to even start the carousel. Will never fly Frontier again!"

Cons: "No wifi even though advertised as such, seats didnt recline, small tray, bags picked up in another terminal, no free beverages, cost of bag, will not be flying Frontier again"

Pros: "Flight was at a low price and convenient."

Cons: "Mobile app was not working correctly and a ticket agent helped me purchase there at a discounted price. On the way back the ticket person didn't help at all and said she knew they were having problems with the mobile app. Said she could do nothing and quickly gave me a customer service number to call. Wow that was really effortless. If you have an app to purchase at a lower price for carry on and it is not working then have a back up plan to help you customer get what is advertised. Like it was a bait and hook. Besides that everything else was OK."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very helpful."

Cons: "Other than paying for the actual ticket, which was NOT cheap (approx. 40% more than getting there AND it was a "red eye" to boot) everything else was an "add on".....pay for "carry on", pay for seat assignment, pay for coffee......everything was extra. On top of this, most of the seats did not recline and had very little padding.........I guess you could pay for reclining seats. Although the Exit seats were empty, you could not sit in them unless you paid for them. My wife's reading light did NOT work.......I guess she didn't pay for the light!!! The flight attendant apologized and said it's been on a work order to fix and offered to provide another seat ONLY for her!!! I'll NEVER fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I've never had the best flights with Frontier. Every flight I've had scheduled has had a huge delay, and their landing are absolutely ***the worst*** -- when an entire cabin of passengers cheer on a successful landing, it's pretty rough. The carry on cost came at a bit of a surprise, there needs to be a better means of creating awareness for that. Even beverages or snacks on the plane. Bottom-line, it just feels like, "you get what you pay for" in a cheaper airline. Scary landings, delayed flights (with no courteous representatives that explain anything or help a situation), and overcharges on every item the second you start checking in. At the end of the day, I could have flown a more reputable airline and spent the same amount of money -- and felt safer. Which is advisable at this point."

Cons: "Flight was late for boarding. No updates were given as to why or what was going on. The gate agent looked like she had a miserable day and did not offer a customer service attitude. Once on board the seat didn't recline and was hard as a rock, not ideal for a 4 hour flight. The flight attendant (Christine) was short tempered. Crew lacked basic soft skills. This was the first and I am pretty sure the last time I will fly on frontier. While I appreciate the low fares I did not expect the low level of customer service or all the extra fees that are tacked on for seats, checked bags and a drink onboard."

Pros: "The fact that they charge for carry on luggage encourages people not to bring those over sized bags. So finally there is some room for your stuff."

Cons: "The fact that you find out after you booked that there is "NOTHING" included. You want to check a bag, "That cost extra" You want to bring a carry on bag, "That cost extra" You want to sit with your wife, "That cost extra" You want something to drink, "That cost extra" The worst part is that you have to pay extra for each flight separately. By the time you add all those "That cost extra" together, you can book a flight with an airline that at least serves you a cup of coffee during the flight."

Pros: "Boarding was smooth. Because Frontier charges per carry-on, it seems that most people check their bags rather than trying to cram carry-ons into overhead bins. This results in a smoother boarding process. The crew was professional and competent. Comfort wise, Frontier planes seem to have more leg room than other airliners."

Cons: "I'm not sure if it was Atlanta Airport's or Frontier's fault, but it took us about an hour after landing to pick up our checked baggage—ATL is undergoing construction, so there was a long walkaround, and the bags took a long time to show up at the carousel. The crew could have made less announcements and turned the cabin lights off sooner (this was a redeye flight). Comfort wise, Frontier seats seem to be less padded than in other airlines, and some seats do not recline."

Pros: "Cheap"

Cons: "Felt nickel-and-died with all the up-charges, like being charged more for a carry-on than for a checked bag."

Pros: "The individual staff at Frontier were good, people working a job with systemic challenges they can't change. "We have been having problems with the ground crew" was the courteous response I got from the person at SFO who took my lost baggage complaint. He was not at all suprised that I didn't arive with my bag having checked in two hours early for an hour long flight."

Cons: "I made the trip for work to attend demanding class with no time to shop for the essentials I lost with my missing bag. I didn't like the first impression i gave wearing "preworn othes" to meet my professional peers. Thanks Frontier."

Pros: "Price. Time available"

Cons: "This flight left at 11pm, and got to our destination at 4am. It's safe to assume most passengers were wanting to sleep. I was seated near the back of the plane and got no rest at all, thanks to the two flight attendants in back having a loud conversation the entire time they weren't dealing with passengers. It's pretty unbelievable to me they didn't think twice about the fact there were people trying to sleep a few feet away from them."

Cons: "seats dont recline, no tv 0r radio, water only - all snacks and drinks must be purchased and they are over priced - must pay for any carryon baggage, and seat choice"

Cons: "Every time I fly with frontier my flight is delayed or cancelled or when I do get to my destination we can't ever get to the gate we need because the other plane has mechanical issues where we are supposed to be. I know you have cheap flights but please care more about our experience and if need be upgrade your freakin planes and get new ones"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Seats didn't lay back and had to pay for carry on luggage"

Pros: "The fact that I got there safely. The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."

Cons: "The fact that you pay for a ticket then you have to pay for a seat then you have to pay for a checked bag, then you have to pay for a carry on if you wanted to bring one, then you have to pay $2 for a soda which I do not drink anyway, pretty soon you'll have to pay to get a cup of water. Im glad I can bring my own water on the plane. And my own food. 2 Hours the desk opens before a flight? the line was crazy. I will never fly Frontier again. many people I spoke to said the same thing, they wont either. I will fly southwest even if its more expensive because by the time you spend for all these others items your over what you would have spent with Southwest. Thank you."

Cons: "The most uncomfortable seats of any plane I ever flown on. Also, it was an overnight flight and we were hoping to sleep but the flight attendants stood behind us in the galley having loud personal conversation almost the entire 4 hours. Between the ridiculously uncomfortable seats and the loud conversation of the crew it was miserable."

Pros: "I liked the price although you may as well add $50-$60 to each purchase."

Cons: "Seats did not recline in the slightest for a 5+ hour trip. They charged for anything and everything except a cub of luke warm water."

Pros: "- cheap flight"

Cons: "- having to pay for carry-on bag - having to pay for soda/juice and snacks on the flight (not having a complimentary option) - seats didn't recline"

Pros: "Priority check in for veterans. But will not be using this airline after this trip."

Cons: "There is a charge for a carry-on luggage fee of $45 so I paid the $40 fee to check my baggage in. Arrived 3 hours before flight. The flight was delayed for 2 hours. Get to the destination with no transfers and my luggage is the only piece that doesn't make it! The baggage claim attendant was all nonchalant and informed me every bag in their history has ALWAYS showed up in a few days. I'm traveling for a weekend business convention....so I had to repurchase clothing and items and possibly another suitcase fot the return trip. I will not be using this airline in the future."

Pros: "cheap ticket, short flight"

Cons: "luggage, carry on policies, cheap seats and feel"

Pros: "The airfare was reasonable, and boarding was fairly quick."

Cons: "Paying $40 dollars for a checked bag is ridiculous and $45 for a carry-on is high way robbery. They need to revamp their baggage policies. The baggage prices will prevent me from flying with this airline in the future."

Pros: "Got through security without a long wait, the staff were all very pleasant and the flight was on time and reasonably comfy."

Pros: "The flight attendants did a good job."

Cons: "It was annoying to have to pay a $30 baggage fee on the way there and on the way back. Also, they offered no movies or entertainment on a three hour flight."

Pros: "Seat was comfortable and the flight left/arrived on time."

Cons: "Flight attendants and passengers were deadbeats. The guy seated next to me used his phone in-flight to text. The crew didn't care."

Pros: "Kind employees, low initial cost, if travelling with only one personal bag it's a good value."

Cons: "Carry on charge, check in charge, uncomfortable seats, if you have carry on or checked bags look into other airlines for a better overall deal"

Pros: "Initial price--before extra bag charges, charging for food, etc."

Cons: "This is perhaps my fault, but I did not expect to have to spend another $150+ on bags over my round trip. I guess I am used to the old days of good flight space, no bag charges and food/drink. These days we are treated like cattle, and I don't like it--but especially because I had no idea going in that Frontier would charge for bags ($85 to fly from CLT to Las Vegas; a little less upon returning). Frankly, it so turned me off, I will try hard not to fly Frontier again. BTW, Frontier did not communicate well where our bags would be waiting in Las Vegas, and I ended up walking around carousels only to learn I was in the wrong baggage area."

Cons: "Paid for a seat but unfortunately only had about 3/4 of the seat available because of the size of the person next to me. Asked the attendant to let me sit in one of the Exit Row seats that were ALL available as no on wanted to pay the $50 upgrade charge. I made this request AFTER the seatbelt light was off to not be disruptive. The attendant finally came by and offer a free drink for my inconvenience which I obviously refused as that would not help the fact that I was having to either sit sideways or lean all the way forward for a 3.5 hour flight. I explained I was not looking for a free upgrade, just to be able to get what I paid for. I do not blame there person that was sitting next to me, but the crew for not making arrangements when the customer boarded the plane. Anyone could clearly see there would be an issue with this person in a full row. Instead they ignored it and expect someone else to pay for an upgrade to solve the problem. That was my first Frontier flight and will be my last."

Cons: "The flight attendant was laughing during the safety speech, which was a little discomforting if you like to feel as if you may make it alive. If you like to not move your legs around or not be able to recline slightly while in an air plane, then this is your airline. The flights are cheap but they forgot to tell you they charge for one carry on! You might as well fly with a legitimate company and not end up paying the same price if not more because of all the "fine print". The saying goes "buy cheap, get cheap" but this airline is a little out of control."

Cons: "Wasn't aware that Frontier does not participate in TSA pre-check. My fault for not researching more, but I almost missed my flight. Also the crew on the plane could have been more informative about procedures."

Pros: "Hummm, landed safely! I do like that "carry on" people have to pay extra."

Cons: "No reclining seats even after paying an extra $50 for the good seats (and to ensure sitting by spouse). Cannot even get a glass of water without an extra charge."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Flight canceled due to weather. ok, nobody's fault. But it was over an hour before a Frontier employee came to the gate to explain what was happening & why. He was rude, said not his fault (we know), unapologetic & said only to call the 800 number. For 20 to 30 minutes nobody got thru. Those that finally did were told the next available was Friday (a day & a half). All I got was to call back later. I didn't get my checked bag back until an hour & a half after scheduled departure. I couldn't try to find a different flight till after that. Their customer service was non-existent. MAJOR EPIC FAIL for FRONTIER AIR."

Pros: "Someone on the flight had the Flu and my wife some friends end up with it."

Cons: "The a/c was not cool enough."

Could not hear the announcements when they announced anything.

I liked that no one was sitting next to me. I did not like the flight attendants telling us that the seatbelt sign was off, when it wasn’t, about 2 minutes before we were preparing to land. So some people got up to finally be able to use the restroom and got yelled at to sit back down. That was both to and from Vegas this week. BOTH flights. They weren’t even overly bumpy or turbulent.

It was good just we need WiFi amd thats it

I missed my flight and I was on time to the airport.

Pros: "On time."

Cons: "When I asked about the empty front seat I was told ‘I could upgrade and pay just Lee lady sitting next to the open seat’."

Pros: "The crew were very nice from Vegas to KC. The crew from KC to Vegas were not so nice 😕"

Pros: "Crew did giveaway game for miles, were overall very nice and polite. Lots of leg room"

Cons: "Seats aren't incredibly comfortable"

Pros: "Good service and wonderful personnel"

Cons: "Nothing all was well"

Pros: "Boarding was super fast. The crew was nice and friendly."

Cons: "It’s a little cramped but that’s to be expected. Food choices are slim as well."

Pros: "the crew was good one guy was really funny the seats weren't any worse than some other airlines I would fly with them again. they are open about the extra charges. but it still makes it more expensive than first thought"

Cons: "They delayed our flight by one just over an hour but the pilot made a little time in the air. the seats don't lay back but it was ok for a short flight I would"

Cons: "TSA was terrible !!!!!!!!!!!as it related to my medical needs."

Pros: "The flight was fine on the way back."

Cons: "The seats were very uncomfortable. It would be nice if they tilted back a little."

Pros: "The food was good!"

Cons: "I didn't mind being asked about early boarding, travel insurance and the like when buying the ticket, but it got annoying to be asked all over again when printing boarding passes. Also, just prior to landing in Las Vegas, the flight attendant gave the speech about getting their Spirit credit card. Not only was it blasting on the intercom, it would have been more inviting to do a table at the gate like some other airlines do. I was having a nice conversation with another passenger, and we couldn't hear a thing during the three minute sales pitch. Are you listening, Spirit?"

Pros: "I didn’t fly back on this flight."

Pros: "Staff was friendly and flight was easy. No issues."

Pros: "The crew was very efficient in getting us in and out. The pilots were able to depart a little early and got us in to our destination a little early too."

Cons: "The seat was a little firm for me."

Pros: "6 hour wait in LV. No information was communicated with us."

Pros: "Service was excellent on the plane"

Cons: "Not knowing the boarding time requirements. Please print the 45 min boarding time requirement on the ticket. I don't believe I knew that and caused me to miss my 1st flight"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "seats too small, no leg room, tray tables do not slide, MCI Terminal C is horrible, gates are jam packed in small area, can't even walk through the gate area without tripping over and bumbing into people waiting to board....and the worst part of Spirit, $100 in bag fee, for 1 bag, round trip..."

Pros: "New equipment and cost of flight"

Cons: "I am 6'4'' and they have pushed the seats together so close that I have to put my feet in the isle. On the way home they put me in the last few rows which have different seats than the rest of the plane which were thin, tiny tray table, and very little cushion. Tray table didn't matter since they don't even give you water. Who doesn't give you water!! Live and learn you can bring a cup and fill it prior to boarding. Last luggage was expensive"

Pros: "The stewardesses and captain were kind and approachable. The other passengers were kind. The seating and luggage compartments were spacious. Being 6'4" it was nice to have leg room even in a non emergency exit row."

Cons: "I didn't have any of the food or drink so I cannot comment on it."

Pros: "Everyone knows it's a cattle car with uncomfortable seats crammed close together. By the time you pay to carry on your bag and pay to have a pre-assigned seat, you have paid just as much as you would on another carrier."

Cons: "Fees for everything! The ticket was cheaper but adding all the fees makes it a bad deal."

Pros: "I like that we left on time and that the crew was friendly."

Cons: "I don't care for Spirit's "pay for everything most airlines include." You pay to sit with your companions, pay for all food, pay for luggage, etc. It winds up not being worth the cheap ticket unless you travel lightly and alone."

Pros: "No problems at all, very impressed!"

Pros: "I was given seat in the emergency exit rows and had great leg room"

Cons: "The flight was delayed in the way home because they did not have enough flight attendants."

Cons: "That wouldnt let us on the plane so we missed our flight"

Cons: "The seats are very close together leaving very little leg room. It leaves you with a feeling of being cramped and right on top the person in front of you. You feel the knees of the person behind you digging into your back."

Pros: "Attendents were funny"

Cons: "I don't like pay $ 55.00 fee baggage"

Pros: "No amenities, but overall good flight. On time, short, fast lines at check-in and boarding. Emergency seat totally worth it for tall people! Smooth take off and landing. Flight times were a little inconvenient, would rather not fly overnight, but we made it work."

Pros: "Smooth flight, on time going there. Ahead of schedule on the way back."

Cons: "My sisters and I booked our recent trip with Spirit airlines. However, one of them booked the return flight for the wrong day. When we arrived at the airport to leave, she didn't have a flight home. The Spirit employee said "sorry, you don't have a flight." My sister showed her the confirmation information and the employee could not make sense of the situation and asked the desk employee next to her who said "I don't know" and didn't offer any other information. We asked to go standby and the employee said the flight was full. She asked that we step away so she could keep helping other people in line. We left and my sister had to book a flight with Southwest the next day, having to pay for a hotel for an additional night. Overall, your employee was confused about our situation. Did not offer any sort of solution. When we asked to go standby that wasn't an option. The three of us will never book with Spirit again because of the terrible customer service. We ask that my sister gets a refund for the poor service."

Pros: "The price"

Cons: "The woman at the gate in Kc Mo MCI Is the rudest individual that I can remember having to deal with. & the past 2 flights the crew members /flight attendants that speak over the intercom on the flight where very rude as well."

Pros: "On time and no problems."

Cons: "Not much room to lay back head to try to nap. Seats too upright. Late night flight would have been nice to nap."

Pros: "I liked how friendly the staff was, how smooth the take-off/landing was, how the flight was fairly short, how the lights were dimmed in order for the passengers to sleep on such a late night flight, and how short the flight seemed."

Cons: "I didn't like the baggage policy of just one personal item. I like when airlines give you one free carry-on and one personal item so you can have you purse or laptop bag or whatever separate from your luggage. I also didn't like how you had to pay for refreshments. It is always nice to have to option of 1 free beverage and maybe some pretzels when you're flying. Also, the seats are pretty uncomfortable, but that is not really something that can be fixed."

Cons: "Flight to Vegas from KC was faster LAS long lines to check baggage Rough RIDE"

Pros: "Is the bare essential, a seat that doesn't seat a grown man. I up graded to a $15.00 seat, still was in a sardine can. I'm 6'3 normal. Give me a fair rate for a fair seat. I'm looking to other airlines. Then boarding was a joke, the lines were to long."

Cons: "Ticket price, I have to still purchase a seat to sit on the plane."

Pros: "Sitting in back row of a night time flight was okay if it had not been for the female stewardess in back talking at a loud voume during the enrtire flight to her male counterpart. Got no sleep and a headache due to her. Most sadly of all, my mother and I got an ear full as she spoke negatively about her job especially having to ddeal with passengers."

Cons: "We didn't like being unable to sleep due to her loud constant chatter about her job to the male employee with her. It created a terrible headache because she was so loud and she appeared not to realize that she could be heard. It was hurtful to hear how negatively her attitude was in relation to her job, passengers and how she wished that they would "read a book or sleep so she wouldn't be bothered by them."

Pros: "Flight attendants were fast and very friendly ."

Cons: "The people behind me let there baby keep crying and also baby hit me in my head and when I tryed to call customer service no one helped me !! Also when I got on board my seat was taken so they made me seat by the wing and emergency door!!"

Pros: "Early and fast to my destination."

Cons: "Baggage fees and a tad tricky with internet processes"

Pros: "All good"

Cons: "All good"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "They canceled flight, no hotel, offered 36 hr flight"

Pros: "FLIGHT WAS EXCELLENT GOING AND RETURNING WE ARRIVE 25 MINUTES BEFORE OUR DEPART AND RETURN"

Pros: "Seemed like a newer plane. More leg room, so that's nice"

Cons: "Delayed 3 hours"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Plans were all late to gate and did not board on time even though they said it was on time. The plan had issues after we were already on it. They waited over an hour then told us they could not start the plane and eventually got it starting with out even trying to get us a new plane. Seats are very small and do not lean back."

Pros: "Boarding went well."

Cons: "Food offerings could be much better. No working running water."

Pros: "I had low expectations and it was better than I thought it was going to be. We had no delays and the crew was helpful. This was a lot cheaper than other airlines (even paying for seats and luggage) and was a direct flight (whereas the other airlines all had layovers) so I can't complain. I got to avoid a stop and a connecting flight."

Cons: "Seats were rather thin and no backseat pocket on one of my flights. I am tall (6') but I didn't have any problems since the person in front couldn't lean back."

Cons: "At the gate I was charged $100 for a piece of carry-on luggage. I flew American to Las Vegas three days before and was able to put my luggage in the storage bin above the seats. I always take this piece of luggage when I want to carry on otherwise I take a much bigger suitcase. This particular piece of luggage did not fit in the luggage rack because the wheels on the suitcase were preventing it from doing so. This is a rip off and taking advantage of customers who intentionally use a particular piece of luggage because they know it will be accepted as carry on. I would like a full refund. t had plenty of room to fit in the bin. My name is Brad Beckman and my email address is "

Pros: "The Staff on the plane."

Cons: "Departing flight was late by more than 2 hours, which ultimately made me late to my Grandmothers funeral!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't hear the captain speaking on the intercom system. Seating was small and uncomfortable 3 men in a chair 2 of which are in shape and the other obese made for horrible experience. The only reason I did not give this a poor rating is because the plane didn't crash."
