What is the difference between kamado Classic 1/2 and 3?The only difference in those models is the cooking surface size. Both sized models come with the same features. The quality and consistency of the ceramics is also the same for each version.
What is difference between kamado Classic 1 and 2?While the Classic I and II are very similar in terms of chamber built, there are some key differences in the design of their smoking vents, as well as their gasket, lid and firebox. The top vent has been given an upgrade, with it now being made with powder-coated cast aluminum.
Is the Kamado Joe Classic 1 still worth it?Overall, Kamado Joe is one of the best value for money options out there. Their innovation just isn't seen in any other kamado on the market and their packages mean you're good to go without buying a whole heap of accessories too. And, the Classic I is the most affordable option in the Kamado Joe range.
Is Kamado Joe Classic II worth it?There is no question that the Classic II is a terrific grill and smoker. While you'll never be able to ram an entire side of beef into it, it's big enough to handle most typical smoking and grilling assignments, including large brisket. And, in terms of build quality, it's hard to beat a Kamado Joe.
