Whats the Story? In JOSEE, THE TIGER AND THE FISH, Josee (voiced by Suzie Yeung) is a 24-year-old woman who has been a life-long wheelchair user and has grown to fear independent living and the outside world. After a chance encounter, 22-year-old Tsuneo (Howard Wang) is invited to work as her carer.

With dreams of diving abroad, Tsuneo gets a job assisting Josee, an artist whose imagination takes her far beyond her wheelchair. But when the tide turns against them, they push each other to places they never thought possible, and inspire a love fit for a storybook.
