It's already been posted about the signs, but you should know that the sweepers tend to arrive within 15 minutes of a certain time every day. Even though it's 8-10am, your sweepers might arrive about 8:15 every day.
And the nice thing about JC (compared to say, Newark) is that they will only ticket you when the sweeper actually arrives. So once the sweeper has past, you're free to park there again.
