Is there a store on Battlefront 2?

Help? On the bottom left of my home screen for BF2 it says "Unopened Crates" with a new one rotating in every 4 hours or so. I have played 2 days worth of this game, have 25,000+ credits, 25 crystals and NO IDEA where to use them. There is NO store? No icon on any page has brought me to a store to buy these alleged "Star Cards" or whatever. Just as well, YouTube videos show a different icon where mine is that ALLOWS purchases.
I'd prove this with a photo, but if I zoomed in any smaller to fit the maximum data allowed it wouldn't be helpful. I even shrunk the size to no avail...Not tech savvy I guess.
I AM signed into EA, I have a Gold Membership, I own the game and play it online having beaten the campaign...Why am I stonewalled here?
...
Also, my mobile and desktop access won't let me post to normal Forums for some reason; no icon to add new input as a post or comment.
...
To repeat for clarification.
There is no store to use credits or crystals.
There is only a 4 hour cycling auto-crate with 500 credits each.
I cannot use these ever accumulating credits.
Is there a fixable issue here?

So I just recently purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2, and played through a round of on-line Supremacy. After which, I gained credits to supposedly buy skins or crates with at the shop.

Well after 5 minutes of searching without finding anything that resembled a store, I did a little research and... EA had the store completely removed from the game! Every gun, attachment, and star card can only be earned and upgraded by actually playing the game.

What makes this discovery even better is that Battlefront 2's gameplay is incredibly fun and addicting! It plays very smoothly, and there is still a decent community surrounding it.

So if you've been at a loss as to what to get for Christmas, or if Cyberpunk 2077 left you underwhelmed, no worries! You can pick this up for $15.

Hard to believe that just a few years ago this was a game reckoned to be the coming of the anti-christ.
