Is JYN ERSO in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga?

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has a lot of unlockable characters, including some who didn’t appear in any of the nine main Star Wars films, like Jyn Erso. Jyn Erso was the main protagonist of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which came out in 2016 but was set before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope. It centered around a group of rebels, Jyn included, trying to steal the plans for the Death Star.

Unfortunately, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga's events do not cover Rogue One, electing instead to focus on the nine films that make up the main entries of Star Wars. However, it does have references to other films and stories set within the Star Wars Universe and playable characters within those works. It also includes many references to obscure and rare lore that diehard fans of the series are sure to be delighted by.

There are over 300 characters in the base game. With the addition of extra characters appearing elsewhere in the Star Wars Universe, the total number of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga's characters is approaching 400. It will take a lot of time and studs to unlock them all.

Unlocking Jyn Erso in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

Characters from one of the best Star Wars films of the modern era are now available in LEGO form as the likes of Jyn Erso, Bodhi Rook, and Cassian Andor are available to buy as a character pack for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Priced at £2.49/$2.99, they're joined by K-2SO, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbus, and Director Krennic. Another character pack is also available from the PlayStation Store today containing classic designs for Luke, Leia, Han Solo, Darth Vader, and Lando. They're all based on the original designs from 1999.

The Rogue One and Classic Character packs join Solo: A Star Wars Story and The Mandalorian Season 1 in movies and TV shows covered by the LEGO title post-launch so far. Still to come are packs themed around the second season of The Mandalorian, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and a Trooper pack.
