in the crafting menu on the right once you hit triangle while looking at the fire. over on the right you can put cooking items on, fuel (wood), & food.

Can't light campfires

I place it, then click the "E" key, but it does not light.. what am I doing wrong?

have to put a fuel source in the boxes on the right, then clickTurn On. Wood, coal, any sort of furniture etc will work

Put some wood or coal in it then light it.

I am playing on a pc, when I e click and hold down I see the fire drawing appear, but I can't figure out how to add wood?

How can I make a campfire ?

I tried stick combie with trunk,/pinewood but it doesn't work ....
or....Which specific kind of wood do I need to use?

DRY WOOD?

I don't know :( there are too many kinds of woods :(

any kind of raw wood from a tree + paper = campfire. It will start unlit, just use a torch on it to light it.

Surprisingly it's safe to build it indoors on wood floors. ;)

If I remember correct, you will need a tree trunk (or how it is spelled) and a stick. Then to light it up, you will need a torch.

Edit: @FlankRight, have they change it to paper now instead of stick?

You use A log of wood and a peice of paper. Any type of log of wood works except dry wood, just put the Log in center with a single peice of paper on top. youll also need a torch to light the campfire.

Btw, Why I can hear some whispering while entering a city ....it's creepy :(

How do you make fuel in 7 days to die?

A Gas Can is a item crafted when the player is crafting Oil Shale at a Chemistry Station into Gas. They are often found within industrial areas and inside vehicles and can be looted from gas pumps at a Gas Station. The Gas Can is also the source of fuel needed for motorized tools.

Where can I find water in 7 days to die?
