Told my SA I was serious in Sept 2021. Allocation call came in October and spec froze second week of December with Build in January. Got the car in March 23. That includes being removed from the Felicity Ace and waiting 2 weeks for another ship. So, 1 month wait for the allocation but 6 months from inquiry to delivery.

How do you feel about the decision? Any regrets?

How do you mean? However, no regrets that I have and I got it so quickly that Im even happier how it turned out.

certainly not but with that being said I have no real point of comparison. Previous sporty car was an Audi RS3

Sept 2021 down payment for allocation.

still no allocation and was informed its probably
going to be in July 2022 with build starting in Sept 2022 and possibly getting it November 2022.
it will be a 2023 from what was told to me.

The wait is unreal!

Average wait time.

Placed order for my TTS. on March 13th. 2020. Commission number issued same day.
Allocation issued to dealer Oct. 2020.
TTS. arrived at dealership first week of March 2021.
My coupe and a Cab. were the first two 992 TTS orders delivered to my dealership ( Porsche of Owings Mills).
Very happy with my coupe.

How long does it take to order a Porsche 911 Turbo S?

How long does it take to custom order a Porsche? In most cases, you will receive your Porsche in approximately 12 weeks from the time the factory receives your specifications. You can receive updates or check on progress along the way, but the 12-week rule is generally a safe time frame.

How long is the wait time for a new Porsche?

Porsche. Porsche's lead times range from three to 18 months, varying hugely depending on model and specification. For example, a Macan 2.0 or Macan T can be yours in three to six months, but you'll have to wait 18 months or even more for a Macan GTS.

How long is the waiting list for a Porsche 911?

Porsche. The delivery time for most models is currently 12-24 months. Models like the Macan are closer to the 12-month timescale. 911's and Targa's would be closer to the 24-month delivery time.

How long is the waiting list for a Porsche Taycan?

It's a mixed picture, however, with buyers of the MG5 being expected to wait one month for delivery, while customers wanting electric Audis and the Porsche Taycan are facing delays of up to 18 months.
