The Nuna Pipa Lite RX, the latest infant car seat from Nuna, is now available for pre-order! This is the newest car seat in the Nuna Pipa infant car seat collection, and it comes with lots of awesome features to love!
Weight
If you’re looking for a lightweight baby car seat, this one weighs just 6.9 pounds! That means it's lighter than both the Nuna Pipa, and the Pipa RX! It’s not as light as the other Pipa Lite car seats, but it has a huge advantage over them - it's possible to use it without the base!
Sky drape
This is the only Pipa Lite car seat, besides for the LX, that features a sky drape. The sky drape is sort of like a shade that pulls down from the canopy to the edge of the car seat, and attaches to each outer side of the car seat with magnets.
When you’re done using it, you can pull it back into the UV canopy. With the sky drape, your baby can stay sleeping for as long as they need, without being bothered by outside distractions! The sky drape will keep your baby out of the sun, and more comfortable on windy days. It’s a soft drape with a bit of a stretch.
No-Rethread Harness
The no-rethread five point harness is totally awesome. It can be adjusted super easily as your child grows, and doesn’t even require you to reinstall the harness in order to do so! Integrated magnetic buckle holders make it so easy to unbuckle your baby - but not to worry! It’s easy for you to use, but it's still super safe for your baby.
Installation
The Pipa car seat comes with the Pipa Relx base, and the good news is that since the car seat features a belt path for installation with a vehicle belt, it can be installed without a base if needed! This is great if you use cabs, or if you travel frequently!
The Pipa Relx base takes just five seconds to install, and features on the go recline! This is an extremely sturdy and safe car seat base.
Comfort
This car seat is cushioned with a comfortable fabric, and comes with a Merino wool insert that is so soft, and awesomely comfortable.
Safety
The Pipa Lite RX is designed to keep your baby super safe and secure! This car seat is made from fire retardant free materials, and is naturally flame resistant, with no added harmful chemicals.

The Pipa Lite RX car seat is a modern, contemporary infant car seat with a sleek silhouette. The luxurious leatherette handlebar adds a touch of sophistication to the car seat. The Pipa Lite RX is available in four sleek colors; Caviar, Granite, Timber, and Frost.
