How long for vasectomy incision to heal

It's been roughly 3 weeks since my no-scalpel vasectomy. The wound is still wet and looks fresh. It's clean; I'm using non-woven swabs. There is no pain or infection. I'm just wondering how long the wound will take to heal?

I had no-scapel vasectomy 16 days ago. I have discomfort and slight to moderate pain everyday. My doctor says I have hematoma on the right side above the testicle (probably size of large grape or bigger) and a sperm granular on left side. The hematoma is quite painful. Did the doctor doing the procedure nick a vessel or was he too rough? Now I'm off work at this point for another two weeks! I'm regretting my decision to get the vasectomy. I'm also constipated now.

I had a vasectomy a year ago and now I have a small pea size lump on my vas deferns and it feels as if the two ends have connected. I had a sperm analysis and it says there are no sperm but I was curious if there was any chance if the two ends did connect that sperm could have squeezed through before scar tissue blocked the opening.

I had a vasectomy 2.5 weeks ago and was abstinent for the first 10 days. My testicles and general area are still tender but sexual activity is fine. At the end of an ejaculation there is a burning/tingling sensation at the end of my penis. Almost like a mild version of if you have gotten soap in the end of your penis. It lasts for 30 seconds to a minute after ejaculating. I've never had this issue before. Will this go away? Is it normal?

Operation performed by Urologist. Vas was partially resected, both ends tied, clipped, and cauterized. It has been one month since the surgery, I have ejaculated 32 times. Would a semen analysis at this point be reasonable to do? If yes, what is the timeframe I must wait between my last ejaculation and the one I will provide for analysis?

I went to work after 4 days but had to take the last two days off as it was hurting too much. Is it normal for one's testicles to hurt so much this far out from surgery? How long will the pain and discomfort last?

There is a mass on my left testicle that is painful to the touch. Walking is sometimes uncomfortable. During the surgery I experienced an immense amount of pain on the same left side. Should I be worried about this? I have called my urologist but have yet to receive a call back.

I had a vasectomy on Feb. 21st. Why are my testicles still incredibly sore, especially on the bottoms? The slightest touch can make me feel nauseous. I followed all the doctor's orders—ice packs, rest, pills, no work for one week, jockstrap, etc. I don’t want to continue taking pills, and they’re not helping anyway. Is this normal? Why exactly do they hurt so bad? Why do I feel it aching all the way up to my stomach? Thank you for your time!

I had a no-scalpel vasectomy yesterday. The procedure was fine and my surgical site is closed. I’m mostly ok, except there’s a bruise (not painful to the touch) on the right side of my penis, far away from the surgical site. Everything I read and was advised by the doctor talks about bleeding or bruising around the site or in the testicles, so this one threw me off. It’s not painful, just wondering if it should be cause for a follow-up.

It is slightly painful. I went in and urologist said should go away with heat, anti-inflammatory meds and no major exercise. Called me in Bactrim 1.5 days later when not getting better. Any second opinion suggestions? Figured I will give it another few days and hopefully will go away, I expected a small lump, but not this size.

It's been 6 days since my vasectomy and I still have pain and swelling in my groin area. It feels like a double hernia. It hurts to go from sitting to standing and when standing for long periods. My testicles also hurt when I go from sitting to standing. Everyone is calling me a baby due to my symptoms, but this doesn't feel normal. What do you think?

I had a no-scalpel vasectomy 4 months ago. It seemed to have healed normally. I've ejaculated several times with no issue. However, this most recent time a pill-size mass has developed, which is painful. How do I prevent this while still being able to perform?

They severed and burned the left side with no problem, but then the doctor could not get the other tube to come to the surface is what I am told! She fought and sweat to "find it" or manipulate it to cut it, but NEVER could!!. I am nervous and bummed to go through the procedure again, and she may STILL not bring it forward! I have Googled and can't find ONE instance of this ever happening! Normal?

I had a no-scalpel vasectomy just under 4wks ago and still have a dull ache and some pangs of a “kick to the balls” feeling. Is this normal? Doesn’t appear to be any real huge swelling, just an ache feeling around the sides and back of my testicles. As well, the puncture site still has a stitch and is a bit sensitive to the touch. Does healing just take longer for some?

I had a vasectomy 3 months ago and my results have come back with a normal sperm count of 98 million. But only 1% motility (slow) 99% non motile. Would I be classed as infertile? Also is it likely my sperm count will go down with time or stay normal and class as unsuccessful?
