How can I link my Disney Resort hotel booking in My Disney Experience?

You can use your booking confirmation number and surname to link your Disney Resort hotel reservation in My Disney Experience if you have booked directly with Walt Disney Travel Company UK, or with a travel partner such as Virgin Holidays. Simply visit Disneyworld.co.uk, login to your account and select My Reservations from the My Disney Experience menu at the top-right of the page.


I’m staying at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs – why can’t I link my reservation?

If you’re still more than 10 months away from your holiday arrival date and are staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort or Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa your reservation may not have yet downloaded to My Disney Experience to be linked. Rest assured your reservation is guaranteed, but until you’re within 10 months of arrival it unfortunately can’t be linked in My Disney Experience.


How can I link my e-ticket in My Disney Experience?

You can use your e-ticket reference number located under the barcode of your 'Will Call' ticket voucher to link your tickets in My Disney Experience.


I just booked my Walt Disney World Holiday – why can’t I link my reservation in My Disney Experience?

If you have recently made a booking you will need to wait 48 hours to be able to link your booking in My Disney Experience. Please note access to Dining reservations only opens 60 days before arrival.


What is a MagicBand?

MagicBands are secure all-in-one devices that allow you to effortlessly access the plans and vacation choices that you’ve made with My Disney Experience. MagicBands are colorful, waterproof wristbands—resembling a watch or bracelet—that you can quickly and easily touch to a sensor called a touch point.

How can I personalise my MagicBand?

Guests can no longer personalise their MagicBands. If you booked your 2021 holiday before 24th June 2020, you can pick up your MagicBand when you check-in at your Resort. Otherwise, you can purchase a MagicBand from your Disney Resort hotel or from World of Disney including limited-edition and custom designs.


Why are you no longer offering complimentary MagicBands?

MagicBands are no longer provided complimentary with Disney Resort hotel stays beginning 1st January 2021. We plan to bring MagicBand features to smart mobile devices later in 2021 to give Guests another option and look forward to sharing more details in the coming months.


Do I still need a MagicBand?

MagicBand features like room entry, park entry and charging purchases to a resort room with a valid credit card are still available. Guests may either use an existing MagicBand or use a ‘Key to the World’ card, available free at the Resort Front Desk. Guests can also use the My Disney Experience app as a digital room key to enter their Disney Resort hotel room.


Can Guests use a MagicBand from a previous visit?

Yes, Guests can reuse their MagicBand. Depending on how much time has passed since they initially used the MagicBand, the ability to receive Disney PhotoPass attraction videos and select attraction photos may be limited.


How do I purchase a MagicBand?

You can purchase a MagicBand from your Disney Resort hotel or from World of Disney including limited-edition and custom designs.


Does a Guest without a MagicBand have to visit the Front Desk upon arrival to their Disney Resort hotel?

No. We recommend using Online Check-In/Direct-to-Room service, which allows Guests to get to the fun faster with real-time room-ready updates. Guests can sign up for room ready notifications and use the My Disney Experience app as a digital room key to enter their Disney Resort hotel room. Guests can then pick up a Key to the World Card from the Front Desk at their convenience.

How will the new Theme Park Ticket Reservation system work?

If you have valid Theme Park admission you will have access to the Theme Park reservation system before new tickets are sold to other Guests, and we will be contacting you soon with details on this new system.

It is important that you have a My Disney Experience account and have linked your tickets, as this will allow you to reserve Theme Park access once the system is available. We can also confirm that the validity of your Theme Park tickets have been automatically extended.

When will I receive my e-ticket?

When booking your ticket, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 72 hours of confirming your reservation. This will include instructions on how to print your e-Ticket barcode which you will need to present along with a photo ID, at any of our will call windows located at each of our four Disney parks including Disney Springs.


How do tickets work?

We offer a range of ticket options so that you can experience the magic your way, whether you prefer to experience one theme park per day with our base ticket or opt for the ultimate flexibility with our Park Hopper Plus option.

First, select the number of days you would like to visit the Parks. Then, select the Theme Park Ticket option which works best for you, choose from:

• Theme Park Ticket – our base Theme Park Ticket offers you admission to one of our 4 magical Theme Parks per day.

• Ticket with Park Hopper Option – when adding our Park Hopper option, you’ll enjoy unlimited same-day entry to all 4 Theme Parks for the duration of your ticket so you can come and go as you please.

• Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option – our Park Hopper Plus option allows you to enjoy unlimited daily admission to the 4 Theme Parks, plus you can enjoy one of the following experiences per day of your ticket: one visit to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, one visit to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, one visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports, green fees at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, one round of mini golf at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course or one round of mini golf at Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course.

How can I find out how many days are left on my tickets?

Information regarding remaining days on old or unused tickets may be obtained only by visiting Guest Relations at Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios or the Magic Kingdom Park. In general, if the ticket is unused and does not have an expiration date, you will be able to use or upgrade the old tickets by visiting any Walt Disney World ticket sales location.


Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?

Please note that all Multi-Day Theme Park tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. The person that uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.


If I'm not staying at a Walt Disney World Hotel, what kind of ticket can I buy for the Parks?

How long does it take Disney to process payment?

However, we're here to help! I chatted with a Walt Disney World Reservation Agent today, and she told me that you can expect your deposit back in the original payment method in 7-10 business days. However, volume is especially busy these days, so it may take one to two billing cycles to show up on your card.

Does Disney take payment straight away?

Now, let's talk about payments! The final payment for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you're booking a last-minute trip and will be arriving in less than 30 days, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

How long is Disney confirmation?

They mentioned that sometimes orders could take 24-48 hours to process. If it's taking longer than that, I'd recommend calling to speak to somebody from Disney Park Tickets. Make sure you have any relevant information at hand, such as order number, credit card details, etc.

How long does it take for Disney to refund your deposit?

As you've already experienced, canceling a Walt Disney World vacation is a fairly straightforward process, and vacations that are more than 30 days away can usually be canceled without penalty! Your deposit will be refunded to you usually within 10-14 business days of cancellation.
