D lta is pretty good, not a big fan of American. Had a lot of issues with connections and American, not with Delta recently

The airport was chaos. TSA was a massive line and took forever. Everyone thought they would miss their flights

We had to gate check our bags, but the crew was efficient and we didn’t have to wait to get them when we deplaned. Great service."

Cons: "They charged me $646 for the flight. And we departed 40 min later. I arrived late to my work. They gave me seat in the back of the plane. Horrible"

Cons: "Rather than pay luggage fees, people are bringing on their luggage and the flight ALWAYS runs out of space. Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Cons: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."

Cons: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Cons: "Flight was determined to be 2 hours late well in advance. No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."

I do blame this on the airline. Unable to even wiggle on a flight that was over 3 hours long. I am going to write the airline about this."

After a poor experience with the online check-in tool (it failed to allow us to check in & wouldn't let me purchase a checked bag), my girlfriend & I made it to the check-in desk about 40 minutes before departure (which has never been a problem with any other airline). The receptionists practically laughed at me when I asked to check in, and without missing a beat or even checking anything on the computer, they told me that the plane was already on the runway waiting to depart. We asked if they could help us book a make-up flight, and they practically laughed again and said, "Yeah, for next Sunday." I found this hard to believe that the plane was on the runway so early. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and we received little help from them. After a half-hour wait on the phone, I was offered a voucher for another Sun Country flight. Very dissatisfied with this. I appreciate the direct flight from MSP-SAV, as I don't think any other airline offers it. But I don't think I'll fly with Sun Country again."

Cons: "Unexpected traffic from an accident delayed arrival and airport, that coupled with long lines made for time tight, girl in front of me at security was also going to my flight so I wasn't too panicked and tad kept telling us it was going to be ok and we'd make it but they pulled me aside to pay me down at security then my companion ran on ahead, they let her on the plane and then shut the door right as I was running up. Then the last was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault and everyone else made it on time so why couldn't I, them when the second gate agent was going to put me on the new flight the ride lady told her to put me as standby, the agent inquired as to why and said there were open seats, she said do it, standby. And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

A passenger from somewhere else used ALL 3 of the exit rows seats in front of us to lay down and sleep. They did NOT pay for those seats. We did. No snacks offered. Calling Sun Country, the hold time was more than an hour."

Pros: "Boarding was painless and efficient. It was uneventful except for minor turbulence which was not the fault of anyone. They offered seconds on drinks which was surprising for an airlines. The coffee maker was not working, but the crew member went out of her way to get me some coffee."

Pros: "The flight itself was about as average as any other flight. At least all our luggage made it from the incoming flight from Key West to join us in Charlotte. That was our final destination but most of the passengers were making additional connections."

Cons: "The boarding went like the plane was ready to leave on time, except it didn't. There was a delay because the flight crew came from another arriving flight, so they had to go through the full pre-flight checklist. Then there was a "minor maintenance issue" that couldn't be fixed right away because it was "shift change" for the maintenance crews. Eventually they arrived and fixed whatever, while everyone was getting texts and alerts that kept delaying the departure by 15-minute intervals. Over an hour (while sitting in a warm plane) after the original scheduled departure, we left the gate, sat on the taxiway a while, then took off. Cabin crew only had cookies and drinks, no other snacks or food. All anyone got was an apology for the extended delay."

Pros: "Our plane was late getting to the gate. They kept us informed and turned it around pretty quickly. There were storms between Chicago and Rochester so we were rerouted. As a result the hour flight was an hour and a half. The pilot kept us informed and it was a very smooth flight. So even though I was over an hour late arriving I so appreciated the communications and the safer route. AA seems to be communicating more than other airlines and I appreciate that. Flying is absolutely no fun anymore so you take what you can get for the positives."

Cons: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

It happened to me before with American and I could easily take my flight back. Pros: "My flight from MIA to DIA was delayed two hours due to not having a crew. Not sure how that happened, but it was very disorganized. Crew issues happen, but what happened with entertainment? Three days earlier when flying to MIA, my United app had a great, large movie selection, so I picked one movie to watch and thought I would save the movie I really wanted to watch for my return flight. However, my return/very delayed flight had two movie options. It's the united app, why did one day have 50 movies and the second flight have two?? Shouldnt it be the same across the board? My best friends wedding and Night at the Museum 3 are not good options of entertainment."

Pros: "In efforts to reduce my carbon footprint and reduce my use of plastic bottles and single use plastic cups, I always travel with a refillable stainless steel water bottle. It saddened and frustrated me when during the drink service portion of the flight the flight attendant refused to serve me water in my bottle, which was clean, dry and when uncovered the brim has the same diameter as the plastic cups used on United flights. First the flight attendant just said that she is not allowed to fill my personal bottle but kept offering me several cups of water instead. When I explained that it wasn't because I was really thirsty, it was just that I prefer to not use disposable cups, she proceeded to tell me my bottle was too big to fill anyways and she couldn't give me that much water. I have never had such an averse reaction to trying to be more eco friendly. In fact people are usually thrilled and applaud the Effort. If this is in fact the United policy, I hope united will reconsider it. Every small effort goes towards making a big impact."

Cons: "they over-sold my flight and i find that absolutely unacceptable. I know (or i hope) this has nothing to do with Kayak, but it almost completely ruined my trip home to visit my sick father. This industry needs to stop this immediately. It happens far too often, and I know it's no accident."

Pros: "The plane was on time, the boarding process was fast, and the flight crew was friendly. Since the boarding took place at 5:30am the security line was short, there was a lot of space to wait, and people usually miss the early flights so we had empty seats and a lot of room on the plane."

Cons: "The flight was very cold to the point where several people were asking for a blanket but the crew did not, or could not, provide one and I was even willing to pay. Also since it was a 6am flight they only offered water cups and I would have appreciated maybe juice or coffee since it was almost 2.5hours flying and early."

Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."

Before we boarded the airline they announced that they were overbooked and were asking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When we boarded the plane, there were about 8 stewards in training on the flight. If the airline had oversold seats on this flight, why were those training not held back for the next flight instead of making their customers wait?"

I had checked the status that night when I checked in and early in the morning and the system said that the flight was on time. It wasnt until I reached the airport and the lady behind the baggage counter told me that the flight was delayed for two hours. I went to go eat with my daughter at the Chilis restaraunt. I figired since the flight was delayed why not have some lunch and head to the plane an hour before take off time. I left the restarant and went through screening. One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."
