The Batman Animated skin enables the Catwoman counterpart, and rumor has it that Batman: Year One* also enables Catwoman's Long Halloween costume, but can't find any solid evidence as of yet.
if you want to just goof around you can just select any catwoman mission (other than the first) and select your preferred skin. After that you can just ignore the objective and have fun.
*Please note that I wrote Year One, not Earth one. They are two separate skins which should not be confused with each others.

I downloaded the costume pack but I can't figure out how to change catwoman's costume... help? :)

Catwoman's costumes automatically come with her DLC, the costume pack is for Batman only.

You can change it when you select to replay her chapters or doing challenge maps

You can't change it during the main story. But I heard that if you switch Batman to his animated skin and switch to Catwoman, she'll be in her animated skin.

How to switch catwoman costumes?

This doesn't seem to work for me.

Playing it on PC, and am using the cheat code to use Batman skins in main story (70s is my go to). I'm at a point in the story where I finally got control of Catwoman again and have been snagging all her trophies I had been spotting around the map, but I wanted to mix up her outfit before heading to the next story beat.

After putting in the cheat code, it still only allows changing Batman's suit. Animated Batman does seem to make Catwoman use her Animated suit. All the others just seem to spawn her in her default suit though.

How to change Catwoman in goty version?

I beat the game and i playing as catwoman, and here is question: How to change Catwoman Skin ????

You can switch her skins from inside her Challenge Maps. However, if you choose the Batman Animated skin in freeroam, her Animated skin will also be freeroam available.

Oh thanks i need her Animated skin

Normal Batman = Normal Catwoman
Animated Batman = Animated Catwoman
Sinestro (i think) Batman = Long Halloween Catwoman

Krossover, on a finished save I just now tried all the Batman skins including Sinestro Corps, and as Selina I spawned as either the standard Catwoman or Catwoman Animated. Could you post a screenshot as the Long Halloween Catwoman and tell us which Batman skin you used?

How do you change skins in Batman: Arkham City?

To wear one of the skins for your first playthrough select your game save then press Left, Left, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down. Then begin your game. You can then pick from any of the skins you have downloaded for Batman.

How do you switch to Catwoman in Arkham City?

To play the Catwoman DLC: Once you have completed the main story, you will be able to switch between playing as Catwoman and playing as Batman as you explore Arkham City. To do this, look for groups of cats lounging together: you can switch between the two characters at these points by clicking the Left Mouse button.

How do I change my skin in Batman: Arkham City GOTY?

To unlock this, simply press the following combination on the Main Menu screen (after you have selected your save slot): Left, Left, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down. You will get an audio confirmation and when you continue your game, you will get the option to select your favorite skin.
