Overall RatingReviewOrdered an entire meal for 4 that was all gluten free due to 3/4 of us having celiac. Had a side of chicken for one of the shared meals and 5 min in to eating, one of the employees came out with new chicken and said this one is actually gluten free - ok… hadn’t eaten the first one yet. Towards the end of the meal, questioned if one of the other meals was in fact GF. Brought up the meal to the counter and they said it was NOT gluten free noodles used in that meal. All young people working there that clearly did not understand the importance of dietary restrictions or illness that will follow. Overall RatingReviewGood options, but nothing special. Has gf pipette noodles, and a rice noodles, that is also gluten free, and used in all of the Asian dishes. Each time we go it is a bit different, depending on the cashier. One time, we had to explain what we needed them to do, and they did those things, but they gave everyone in our order gf noodles. They also made me their gf Mac and cheese, and they added marinara sauce on top. I just wanted noodles and marinara, but it still tasted fine. The next time, everything went smoothly, and I got exactly what I asked for. Online order downside- the special accommodations box, only has 16 characters, so you can not write anymore than "gluten allergy". I don't trust the establishment to know what to do with a gluten allergy, without being there. I wish their website was easier to navigate since it seems there is a club discount but if you are just passing through like we were it's not helpful and makes it more cumbersome to just find basic info on the restaurant. So yes you can eat inside or there are tables outside. Or you can do carryout. I ended up getting the Pad Thai dish so that I could ensure GF and DF. It was OK but seemed like they added extra sauce. Overall RatingReviewI am newly diagnosed and still unsure of myself. When I told the order taker I had “a severe gluten allergy”, she called the manager out. When I asked about cross contamination, he said that they have procedures in place and yet “it is very noodly in here.” I appreciated his honesty. He told me he would personally make my meal. He changed his gloves and showed me that he was thoroughly washing the pans he used for my meal. He brought it out to me personally and it was marked gluten free. I don’t have obvious symptoms when glutened, so all I can say is I felt safe enough to eat and enjoy. They would always make mistakes with my orders (for example, they were too lazy to open a new bag of noodles and I was served 3 uncooked noodles.) I always got random pieces of vegetables that weren’t in my order but I never really questioned it until I got a really terrible reaction. I am very sensitive and they never did anything to be careful with my orders. If you’re sensitive with gluten and/or want any sort of decent customer service, avoid this place.
