Excellent except for food

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.

No problem at all. I like it the way it is now. The reason I always choose Japanese airlines because the attendance crew. They are awesome

Food is probably the best I’ve had in the sky I like that they serve it in the morning instead at late night, lots of drinks to chose from. but the promised Haagen Dazs ice cream never came. Seat was very wide as it is 2-4-2 compared to 3-3-3 for all other Airlines’ 787, the IFE box makes the under seat storage slightly lacking. Touchless flush is a plus.

The plane boarded late but they would not give anyone an estimate as to when they’d be boarding to allow people to go to the nearby lounge. The in-flight crew was awesome, and the premium economy is well worth it. Wish they allowed purchasing of business class upgrades, only allowed with points. Food on this flight not as good as their usual. Not many new movies to watch. Overall comfortable flight

Everything is superb! But I lost my Red Hearted Shape RING in my Business Class Seat Flight JL067 2/27/22 S11. Hope they can find it and revert back to me soonest. Thank You JAL!

Lots of space to spread out (which was not their doing) and big seats with big screens and plenty of legroom.

Cons: "My brother and his wife had to wait 12 hrs for plane delay,just to hear that AA canceled all flight for that date. The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

As I saw crew members assisting and lining up wheelchaired passengers and approached one guy to tell him my dad needed wheelchair assistance, he dismissively looked at me and my dad and told me 'well if you want to sit on a wheelchair go sit on a wheelchair, and walked away assisting other passengers. that was so unhelpful! They were also very strict about weight AND size of carry on luggage, but inconsistently so though. With 2 kids and a handicapped dad, one of my cartons with a 'approved' tag was flagged at the gate and required to be checked in. As I didn't want any more hassle, I said yes so my daughter and I ended up with nonovernight clothes for our incheon stay."

This gave me and my cat a lot of stress, although they let me take her out during the landing. Also I thought the airline would open much earlier than my flight so that I could ensure the safe transfer of my pet-in-cargo."

Cons: "This flight was delayed because they sold their empty seats to other airlines and allowed for those people to make it. However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight"

The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Pros: "For this flight I was seated in first class (I scheduled it this way; it wasn't due to a last minute upgrade) and the flight attendant was very personable and attentive :-) Service was wonderful and the meal was great! Of course, the flight attendant made sure to keep our beverages topped off as needed. It was a wonderful experience"

Cons: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."

WiFi did not work well, and there were no individual screens on the backs of the seats. The First Class on this plane was really bad and needs some rethinking by American."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Pros: "Food was good, crew was friendly, cordial which is not good at all on flights by United Airlines, Delta American Airlines and Air Canada. Flight from Miami-Sao Paulo was nice and no too long as when I fly through Toronto by Air Canada or through Chicago by USA airlines."

Cons: "Unable to sleep on the redeye from Seattle to Philly owing to a loud, constant alarm for the entire flight."

If they burn through all their battery power, it's an inconvenience to try to charge it in the airport when they land. All of the outlet Chargers in Chicago, Seattle and Philly were broke as well. The U tied wing was amazing. Your prices are great but to keep ppl from rather paying more just for one or two more luxuries, try fixing this."

Cons: "My flight was changed 3 times-- always pick a window seat and was changed to aisle seat. The attitude at the ticket counter was "you're lucky to get any seat", flight was overbooked, the boarding process and deplaning were absurd with all the people bringing on way too much carry on luggage !!! It takes almost 30 min to get off the plane!!"

Pressure from the gate crew was put on those last in line to hurry to make gate departure time although it was fthe folks on the plane with carry ons that were keeping us from boarding. I paid the money to check a bag but folks with over sized carry on got their bags checked for free at the plane entrancewhen they ran out of room in the cabin. They ran out of room before more than half the plane was boarded."

Reservation made by Kayak did not appeared on AC system. Last to board. Lost the prepaid seat and end up travelling in a unwanted seat. Awful experience.

The plane was grubby looking which may have e been due to its age! Windows were sold they were beay opaque & difficult to see thriugh. Impossible to rate food & entertainment as very short flight & none available

Cons: "The air conditioning"

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again."

Pros: "Cancelled 30 minute flight up to Vancouver which reaulted in missed flight to Australia. Air Canada the refused to put us on another flight. Went round and round for 5 hours with Air Canada until they finally put us on 3 separate flights getting to our deatination almost 48 hours late.Horrible"

Cons: "Notify passengers if short flight has more than 20% chance of being cancelled. We could have easily driven to Vancouver. If flight is cancelled, then own up to it and put people on next flight."

Cons: "Boarding in the rain is definitely not a good experience! The flight delayed so long that some of us who had connecting flights had to run from gate to gate (including clearing Canada customs) within 20 mins. Last but not least, Taipei Taiwan should NOT be listed as China."

Cons: "I had the only seat on the row with no power for devices. All seats have USB power, but I was working on a laptop and had no AC power. The other seats did. This seems to be the case for the window seats on the right side of the plane and the aisle seats on the left side of the plane."

I asked the flight attendant about it (when I passed through the gate after most other customers had boarded) and she flippantly responded with something like, "Yeah, maybe I didn't call your boarding zone. I don't know. Whatever." This left a terrible first impression on me."

Cons: "It took two hours to check my bag at the airport. The plane engine needed to be jump started, and I missed my connection flight to Paris. I had to spend an entire day stuck in Toronto, sick from terrible Hotel and airport food, cheap vouchers for terrible food, I missed my traveling companion who made the flight to Paris. I left my hat on the plane after the terrible flight in which they refused us any basic courtesies for the numerous passengers who were about to be stranded, and then the grooming crew kept my hat instead of turning it in to lost and found. Best part? Customer service told me that since I booked via Kayak, that I was not a valued customer and that they would not extend any courtesies to me for destroying my work trip itinerary."

I just would have been a problem for someone else. The steward made me feel as though I was at fault because I should have payed the extra 100 to have emergency exit seating, they tried to get me to sit in the very back row of the plain and sit sideways across the two seats which means I would not be able to sit next to my fiancé. The whole thing was embarrassing and very rude, maybe people of 6'6" should be charged for emergency exit!!"

Pros: "I was not charged overweight for going over by 2 pounds since I had a Business Class ticket connection to my final destination."

Cons: "For an almost 4 hours, 400 USD international flight I would have expected to have at least a snack to eat a one luggage to check in on the price. I am an international traveler which doesn't have a choice but to carry a suitcase. Not to say that once on board I was requested to check in my carry on because there was no room on the plane and that I had to travel with my personal item on my feets since there was no available room at the over the head compartiment since I was identified with Zone 5 boarding."

The seats would not recline and when the seats in front of us reclined for the entire flight, the screen and chair were about a foot from our faces. This was hands down the worst flight I have ever had. The flight crew Wulf not move us as the flight was full, and despite there being more than half of the first class seats available, they would not let us sit there. I will likely not fly air canada again given this experience."

Cons: "We left late, and despite it being obvious we were going to leave late, all the information posted at the gate and on the web said on time. Why is it that airlines don't tell the truth about departures and arrivals times?"

Cons: "Boarded an hour late, made us miss our layover even though they said they were holding our following flight to Tokyo. The both of us along with 10 others on our flight got to the gate 10 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave and they wouldn't let anyone on. Missed the first day of our honeymoon trip along with unrefundable hotel fees. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this before."

Pros: "I accidentally left my tablet behind when I disembarked. The crew located it and brought it to me speedily while I waited in the baggage area. I'm truly grateful and impressed. All of the flight crew were delightful and thoughtful."

Cons: "The flight from Vancouver to Seattle on the 31st of July was delayed by two and a half hours, the return flight on August 5 topped that by one hour resulting in a delay of more than three and a half hours and a missed connection flight to Port Hardy. I had to stay in Vancouver over night and my husband had to pick me up in Campbell River. This meant a car drive to and back Campbell River of six hours instead of one hour to Port Hardy."

Cons: "When I flew to Toronto the plane left 15 mins late but arrived an hour an twenty min late. No turbulence or trouble, just late. I stepped off that plane to my connector to Paris when boarding was suppose to start but that plane was on an hour delay. The food is just horrible, anyone who has flown knows this, and on both flights first class was the only priority. They got to everyone else when it was convenient. This was my first time flying with Air Canada and will certainly be my last. I'll happily pay a little more for the other airlines. So if you fly with them, good luck to you."

Cons: "When I arrived in London my bag was not on carousel. I went to help desk to find out my bag was put on the next flight for some reason. No explanation given and no real accommodation given except telling when the flight would arrive. I guess I luckily only had to wait an hour, however it shouldn't be that way to begin with."

Pros: "Air Canada has the best food, most leg room for economy class and super efficient. I will be using Air Canada often in the future."

I went through al the on line procedures and was even able to print out my luggage tag at the kiosk... but then had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to drop my luggage! I came more than 2 hours before as instructed, but the agent at the "baggage drop off" (really the all-round agent for both checking in and baggage drop off) did not show up until less than 90 minutes before the flight, and then there was only one to handle what had become a very long line."

Cons: "I booked a seat to be seated right next to SO. However, upon check-in, they changed the seat without telling me. Fortunately, we were able to exchange seat to be seated together."
