This was a off hand purchase. I wanted coconut cream on hand for baking. I did make a vegan oreo cheesecake with it for New Years. I didn't know it had additional sugar in it. The cake was so sweet. I could barely eat it. I didn't use any sugar myself, except the crust had oreos.

This has the consistency and familiarity of condensed milk. The kind you get in a small can and use in pumpkin pie. I could see a vegan using this instead of that can. That said, I wouldn't buy it again for any other reason. It was like a thick sugar syrup. It had an off, artificial, taste I needed to cover up with other ingredients. It tasted very little like coconut. I don't really like the taste of coconut, so I'm actually fine with that, but if you want coconut cream... Just buy a can of full fat coconut milk.
