Even if you’re not ready to say “I love you” just yet, that kind of intimacy, trust, and deep connection are the foundation for lasting love.

Hold tight — it sounds like it might just be a passing crush. It might be that you don’t know them well enough to be sure that your feelings are based on anything real, or if it’s more of a superficial infatuation. When you’ve been crushing on someone forever and then actually start hanging out with them, the excitement of the dream coming true might make you think you’re more into them than you actually are. It’s important to take it day by day! If it doesn’t work out, don’t despair; you can still learn a lot about yourself and the world of relationships from a crush.
