AirPlay Audio description won t turn off

I’m watching House of Gucci on a Samsung tv through the Apple TV app. I have never turned on audio descriptions on the movie or in the app settings, but yet it won’t turn off even when it’s not selected to be on. It even is doing it on the Apple TV app on my iPhone. I feel like I have tried everything to turn it off but nothing is working. Please help
