LOVE IT SO MUCHH!!! My room is a small room but it would get up to 101 degrees (no ac in the house AT ALL) while outside is 110 degrees Fahrenheit. This 8,000 btu cooled it nicely. Noise level is okay if you do not mind the sound and the installation was EASY! Also if you get the wifi version BEFORE you install it make sure you write THE WIFI PASSWORD on the side of the ac. Front of instructions say this. I didn’t do this so I cant connect to my phone unless I take my ac down. My boyfriend helped me and we just cut a wood to hold the ac and plywood to seal it off in our sliding window. Value for money could be better, but I understand because its on demand right now. I paid a whopping $249 for it so it is going higher I see. Note to self buy summer things in winter lol

So easy to install, very light. Gives a powerfull blast of cool air at your choice, low, med. or high. At night you can barely hear it, just enough noise to help you go to sleep. I believe GE is the best. I like the way the numbers and letters go off and don't stay on. So easy to use with remote. Best air con I ever bought at a super price. Steve K.

It works good so far and its quiet not a bad price

Pros: The appearance is nice and the air is cold. Installation into the window was simple and fast. The remote control works well. The filter is washable. It has worked consistently every day since I got it.

Cons: The vents are useless...the air will flow straight forward no matter which direction you point the vents.
This is because they're really short (see photo). Also, although I tried many times, this AC will not connect to the network so no "smart" functions have been usable. Followed directions using the SmartHQ app but it doesn't work. It always says that it's unable to join or not found.
