Shops disappear in Online
Does anyone else have the issue that while playing in GTA Online the stores and wardrobe in your apartment(s) stop working?
You can walk/drive up to them and go inside, but none of the NPCs show up (unless another player is nearby) and even if they are there you cannot interact with anything. The icons are also gone from the map. Convenience Stores work though.
I do not know how to reproduce this glitch either. It has happened in both public and invite only sessions with both big and small player counts, and I never notice it until I need to use one of the shops.
TL,DR;
Clothes and mod shops disappear off my map and I can't use them after a random amount of time. Anyone else have this issue?
UPDATE: This also affects single player.

So I got a thrax on the wrack last night, and I liked it so well after modifying it for the customer that I bought it. So I bought it.... when I was done it asked me where I wanted it and I designated it to my auto shop. Then stepped out, came back in, there was my new car... and a thrax was still sitting on the rack, so I delivered it. Came back to the shop, got in my own new thrax and drove it out of the shop drove around for a bit, got called away and logged to story mode. Came back this morning, no sign of the thrax, my pause menu is saying I have no personal vehicle... and of course my auto shop is missing the thrax as well.
