Daniel Browning Smith, also known as The Rubberboy, is an American contortionist, actor, television host, comedian, sports entertainer, and stuntman, who holds the title of the most flexible person

I cannot believe what people can do with their bodies… it’s unreal. The most flexible person in the world (who even knew this was a contest??) can bend and contort in ways you’ve never imagined.

Why would you?

When it comes to the most flexible person in the world, there are a lot of contenders. However, we’ve chosen to feature two shining lights in the industry: a Guinness World Record holder, and a shining YouTube star.

This multi-talented “Rubberboy”, born May 8, 1979, is the most flexible person in the world. He discovered his flexibility as a young man jumping off the bed and landing in the full splits.

Inspired by contortionists from a very young age, he dreamed up the dream to become the worlds most flexible person and best contortionist. Big dreams for a little kid… but they came true! In his teens, Daniel started to perform on the street with his technique, attracting immediate attention.

Sofie Dossi Bends Belief

Seems career opportunities are vast for skilled contortionists… however it doesn’t come without a cost.

Sofie Dossi is a 20-year-old American YouTuber, contortionist, gymnast, and actress. She’s sponsored by big companies like Airheads and bioClarity, and has her own clothing line. Plus, in addition to 4.3 million followers on Instagram, she also has nearly seven million subscribers on YouTube.

She has, however, had to work and train extremely hard to become so strong and flexible at the same time. She requires a dazzling balance of the two in order to be able to do what she does.

She’s got a great sense of humour, and makes videos of herself contorting and doing zany stuff in public places, like when she crashed an In-N-Out Burger and ate a hamburger with her feet!

How Is Such Flexibility Possible??

How is such flexibility even possible? Do these people not have bones? In the case of Daniel Browning Smith, he has a medical condition that literally allows him to dislocate his joints and bend in unbelievable ways.

With Sofie Dossi, she has a naturally flexible spine, which she’s trained over the years. She started building her contortion skills when she was a kid training in gymnastics, and it took off from there.

If you’re wondering how you can get as flexible as these people, you better have some pretty bendy DNA!

In 5th place, we have the Ribka twins. They appeared in Britain's Got Talent and can easily bring their heads to their butts. They are both impressive contortionists and dancers.

In 4th place, we have Sofie Dossi. Sofie is an amazing contortionist who appeared in American's Got Talent and got a Golden Buzzer. Her balance and flexibility are outstanding. She has mentioned several times that since she was little, her flexibility was above average.

In 3rd place, we have Anna McNulty. Anna's flexibility is unbelievable. She has the maximum over split and needle anyone could possibly have. She appeared on America's Got Talent and passed with four "Yes" votes. She is a cheerleader and contortionist.

In 2nd place, we have the most flexible woman in the world, Russian-born former gymnast Zlata, whose real name is Julia Guenthel. According to every website on the subject, she is the most flexible woman on Earth. As you might see, she can easily place any part of her body anywhere she wants.

Finally, in 1st place, we have THE most flexible person on Earth, according to The Guinness Book of World Records. Daniel Browning Smith is an American contortionist and actor who's been nicknamed, "The Rubber Boy." Daniel can dislocate and bend his arms and legs and rotate his torso up to 180 degrees (a complete half-circle).
