Son comes home from college to find his Dad eating healthy, exercising, taking Trulicity and working on his car again. You have to look quick but the car he pretends to work on is a '63 LeMans/Tempest coupe. I watched Motor Mythbusters last night, someone that works there has a 67 GTO, light metallic green, that was their daily driver. They were trying to find out if running a car in reverse erased miles on the odometer. On the 67 GTO it did, all later cars that they tested it either added miles, or disengaged the odometer in reverse. Included digital as well as mechanical speedometers. I never knew you could buy a scan tool to reset digital odometers, but they showed how easy it was with the scan tool. They said they were surprised that mileage could be walked back that easily, I was too. I'll have to pay closer attention to the Trulicity commercial next time, usually I mute commercials, and stop watching the screen until they're over. __________________ 100% Pontiacs in my driveway!!! Do not take Trulicity if you're allergic to Trulicity. __________________ |

FWIW - I have been on Trulicity for nearly 2 years and it's been a very positive experience. Besides being down to just 1 shot per week, my A1C dropped and I've dropped another 15 pounds. I now weigh the same that I did in HS. And yeah, i've seen the add with the Tempest/LeMans. |

Wow, I just saw this commercial, and it was so touching! It really shows how Trulicity can help people make positive changes in their lives. I'm so glad the company is trying to show how their product can improve people's lives. |

Hmmmm, I don't recall hitting "Like" in Post #1, particularly since i don't recall seeing the Thread yesterday. |

Then he accidently walks in on his dad shagging the old lady. |

"Gary" with zero posts sounds like a bot that is searching the internet for mentions of Trulicity?? My thread was about the car, not the meds. Eric __________________ Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. The mind, once stretched by a new idea, never returns to its original dimensions. |
