Here are the top 5 most flexible people in the world! This is partially my opinion and also based on the Guinness Book of World Records.

In 5th place, we have the Ribka twins. They appeared in Britain's Got Talent and can easily bring their heads to their butts. They are both impressive contortionists and dancers.

In 4th place, we have Sofie Dossi. Sofie is an amazing contortionist who appeared in American's Got Talent and got a Golden Buzzer. Her balance and flexibility are outstanding. She has mentioned several times that since she was little, her flexibility was above average.

In 3rd place, we have Anna McNulty. Anna's flexibility is unbelievable. She has the maximum over split and needle anyone could possibly have. She appeared on America's Got Talent and passed with four "Yes" votes. She is a cheerleader and contortionist.

In 2nd place, we have the most flexible woman in the world, Russian-born former gymnast Zlata, whose real name is Julia Guenthel. According to every website on the subject, she is the most flexible woman on Earth. As you might see, she can easily place any part of her body anywhere she wants.

Finally, in 1st place, we have THE most flexible person on Earth, according to The Guinness Book of World Records. Daniel Browning Smith is an American contortionist and actor who's been nicknamed, "The Rubber Boy." Daniel can dislocate and bend his arms and legs and rotate his torso up to 180 degrees (a complete half-circle).
