"My family and I tried making an appointment over a week and a half in advanced for 3 small wave tattoos. (Even though they advertise walk-ins, we wanted to be courteous of their time). Collectively we called 5 times, to which nobody answered. We then messaged on Facebook and emailed the photos with placement and size. We were told someone would get back to us and NOBODY EVER replied. My MIL messaged them 8 times on Facebook. Needless to say, we did not get the tattoos because nobody ever confirmed our appointments. I called Wicked Parrot Tattoo and they answered immediately and helped us."
